Thanks to the ProKeram nano-ceramic coating, the bowls of the new multicooker have increased durability and are even more resistant to damage and scratches. The new Philips multicooker has a variety of automatic cooking programs: 19 programs for the HD4731 and HD4737 and 22 for the HD4734 and HD4749. Each automatic program has been carefully calibrated by Philips engineers and has special time and temperature settings that are optimal for your favorite dishes.

In addition, you can now select a program not only using the "Menu" button, but also using the "+" or "-" buttons. Now, when you skip the required program, you can always easily return back.

The functions "Multipovar" and "Multipovar Pro" are suitable for those who like to experiment with recipes or create new ones. "Multipovar" will help you prepare a dish according to an original recipe that requires special settings. This program allows you to set the required temperature (from 30 ° C to 160 ° C) and cooking time (from 5 minutes to 10 hours) of the dish. What is the difference between these modes: MULTIPOVAR is the usual program for setting the time and temperature, in MULTIPOVAR PRO you can create your own cooking program which will include up to 9 stages, for example, my algorithm for today's soup:
1 160 degrees 20 minutes - 10 minutes toasting, 10 lightly roasting chicken
2 110 degrees. 5 minutes - I poured the chicken and sautéing with hot (not cold so that there would be no strong temperature difference, I don't know how it is for the bowl) water and let it all boil
3.100 degrees 30 minutes - cook meat
At this stage, setting the time to 1 hour, you could stop, add potatoes after 30 minutes and noodles 10 minutes before the end of the program. But I wanted to expand the program a little.
4.110 degrees 5 minutes - put the potatoes, let the soup boil faster
5. 100 degrees 20 minutes - cook the potatoes 10 minutes before the end of the program, add the vermicelli. At the end of the program, within 10 minutes, press the MY RECIPE button and select the F1-F5 symbol, while holding the MY RECIPE button, save it under the selected symbol. The next time we need to cook according to this recipe, we immediately press MY RECIPE and select the F1-F5 symbol, with the corresponding recipe.
