In the BAKING mode, the charlotte stuck to the saucepan - it would have been made thicker. I'm thinking of looking for a replacement.
Use the FRYING and SOTE modes only with the lid open.
When I tried to fry potatoes in the FRYING mode, and after SOTE, I got to the saucepan. But with the right amount of vegetable oil and the STEAM mode with a covered lid and timely stirring, it turns out very tasty.
