Ingredients

Sugar 1 tbsp.
Sour cream 1 tbsp.
Egg 2 pcs.
Soda

Cooking method

  • After the sour cream has cooled, make an incision around the entire perimeter with a sharp knife and carefully cut off the top of the pie no thicker than 2-3 mm and set aside. Carefully cut out the middle of the pie, leaving the bottom 1 cm, and crush into a plate. Add sugar to the sour cream, mix and pour 4-5 tablespoons to the bottom, put strawberries cut into 2-4 parts on sour cream, put crumbs on the strawberries, and evenly pour the remaining sour cream on top. Cover with a cut top, press down a little and refrigerate for 1 hour. But if the cake is left in the refrigerator for several hours, it will soak better and taste even better. Unfortunately, I do not have a multicooker, but in the oven it bakes about the same as a charlotte. I check the readiness with a toothpick. Try to bake it, you won't regret it. I usually bake this cake 8-9 times per season (strawberry). This year I have already baked 5 pieces, and 2 times I baked 2 pies at once, one ate immediately, and the second in the refrigerator until morning. I tried to do the same with a biscuit, I liked it, and my boys like sour cream more. Good luck!

Yesterday I baked it, it turned out well .. only it’s a little damp in the middle .. Write at what temperature to bake and about how long it takes .. I baked for 190C, 50 minutes ... It’s just that he was already very brown and decided to take it out ... microwave in a silicone mold, v; tn therefore?!?!?

I also bake in the microwave and in a silicone mold. Recently I read on the forum that the temperature difference in the microwave and gas oven is -20, which means you baked at t 170, which is not enough. I always baked at 180 and it turned out very long and not very good. Now I bake at t 200-220 and the result is much better. Immediately set it for 30 minutes, then take it out, check the readiness with a toothpick, the middle is usually still damp and turn it on for another 7-10 minutes. Do not be afraid if it is dry, sour cream and strawberries will release moisture.

Try to increase the amount of soda to 1 tsp and extinguish it well with lemon or vinegar, and after pouring the dough into the mold, do not immediately send it to the oven, let it stand for 10 minutes. Maybe there is something with flour? If panifarin is available, add 1 tablespoon to help the dough rise better. If your biscuit is good, make this cake with it, not sour cream.
