Ingredients

flour 300gr.
kefir 150gr.
Egg 2 pcs.
sugar 3st. l.
salt 0.3h l.
soda 0.5h l.
big apple 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Cut the apple into small cubes. Remove the peel and core.

  • Beat eggs with sugar and salt. Add kefir and stir. Add chopped apples.

  • Add baking soda and flour. Knead not tight dough.
  • Apple rings
  • For kneading, you will need more flour, how much it takes. Cut off piece by piece and roll the sausages. Which we then wrap in rings. Grease with yolk on top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  • We bake in a preheated oven at 180g. 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Oh, I'm the first (finally) for a tasty treat! Thanks for the recipe! I like it, there are a lot of apples (I don’t know what to do with it), I’m tired of charlottes, but here is something new and seems not to be confusing. Now bookmark, and on the weekend, I think, I will definitely try.

I made the rings. Well, what can I say: I expected more. Sorry, Natasha, but I guess I'm not very good at baking. but it came out unleavened (not at all sweet, and not salty), hard, the bottom was hot (the top was not reddened in any way), like unleavened bagels. At first I decided that I rolled it thinly, but the recipe says that 34 pieces came out, I got 35, so it looks like I rolled it fine. We had to sprinkle sugar on top, we'll see in the morning. I cannot say that they will not eat. No, they will eat it on both cheeks, it is correctly written in the recipe: seems to be nothing special, but for some reason the hand reaches for the next ring .

guzel, sugar rings are a little sweet. Well, they are of course fresh, because there is no oil at all. Maybe you also added a lot of flour when kneading
