Cooking method

  • Vegetable ice cream mixes are tasty, healthy and, most importantly, fast. They are very helpful when there is no time or desire to cook. Harvesting frozen vegetable mixes is a good way to use seasonal vegetables. There are quite a lot of different mixtures sold in stores now, but they are not always as tasty as you expect. The high price is also embarrassing. I tried different types, of which I especially liked four. You can take any proportions to your taste, and you can also exclude or add any ingredients. Vegetables must be washed, dried and finely diced or broken into pieces. Then freeze, spreading out in a thin layer. Then mix the required ingredients and pack in freezer bags or containers. Store in a freezer, tightly closed.

Tashechka58, you can pour a little oil into the pan, I do not pour, just a little water. Put the required amount of vegetables without defrosting and cover. Simmer on medium temperature until cooked for 5-10 minutes. In the process, stir several times, salt and add your favorite spices.
