Honey mushrooms (and not only) for the freezer

Ingredients

Boiled mushrooms different

Cooking method

  • I prepared mushrooms for salting, there were mushrooms of different "growth" and not quite standard and not photogenic.
  • I put them in a frying pan, stewed them until the water evaporated without salt.
  • Chilled, packed in bags and put in the freezer.
  • In winter, they will be a great find for different purposes.
  • So gradually, mushroom reserves are replenished in small bags.
  • And, of course, you can do this with any mushrooms.
  • Honey mushrooms (and not only) for the freezer

Today I again "made a little wisdom-conjured"

Mushroom preparation for soup (mushroom noodles).

Mushrooms are different, they are prepared in different ways and look ready-made, they take up a lot of places in the freezer raw - so I decided to make a mushroom blank for mushroom soup, homemade noodles and save it in the freezer.

What to do:
- Today I had boletus. I cleaned it, washed it, cut it coarsely and put it in a frying pan without water and cooked it until it is ready and the water boils away, remove the foam.
- After boiling water, add butter (vegetable + butter or ghee), chopped onions, chopped carrots, spices, salt, pepper and stew everything well until vegetables are ready.
- Put the dressing in a container, cool, put in the freezer and use as directed.

And you can use mushroom dressing in different ways and anywhere - add a few spoons to soup broth, borsch, cabbage soup, various gravies, stewing meat, making mushroom caviar, and so on.
Dressing can be done in small portions from one or different types of mushrooms, as the mushrooms appear at home, 1-2 jars each and put away for storage.

Such a dressing in winter will be just a real find, and if you have a ready-made broth, you can very quickly cook dinner.
Since the dressing contains vegetable and butter, it is quite possible to do without meat broth.

Enjoy your meal!

You can and should do everything with Polish mushrooms: pickle, freeze, dry. Well these are such handsome men ... why not the Emperor Napoleon?

You can, you can! And the sponge does not need to be cleaned off. All my life I have been harvesting them.
Kamusik
Everyone, everyone, thank you !!! I put it a little in the oven, dry it, boil it a little, and put it in the freezer. the rest are boiled-pickled. How good it is that you are!

Tell us where you collected it? I also want to go to the forest for mushrooms.
Aunt Besya
We spoil mulberries with mushrooms, so nobody pickles white ones. Only drying and freezing for soups, sauces, main courses.
I usually cut raw already into soup and into containers. then into the freezer. very convenient - just briquette into the pan!
It is customary for us to marinate boletus small, like buttons, or small boletus-caps. Salt - milk mushrooms and waves, mushrooms grow, but to the south of the places where I find myself ..

Keti, she has not yet collected, a neighbor at the dacha treated her. But they say that the Polish and the whites are decent. This is Volchansky district, with. Rubizhne-we have a dacha there.

Yes, we are not offended either. Only I collect mushrooms all the time (less fuss than with boletus). There were times (of the year) that they tore up while lying on a sunny meadow, and there was no need to get up. We closed 100 liters each ... Although ... the funny thing is that I don't eat them! : girl_haha: And all our guests love it very much, and my husband, too, in any form. I close and then distribute. I love to collect.

Now I've also re-sorted, I'll close the manyuni, medium dry, and boiled large ones in the freezer.
