Ingredients

Tomatoes 1-2 Kg
Sweet pepper (RED) 2 Kg
Salt 1 kg
Vinegar 9% 1 liter
Sugar 350 g
Sunflower oil 1 l

Cooking method

  • 1) we gain 10 kg of blue ones, we cut off their butts! and start chopping them with an ax into cubes
