Ingredients

Melon 900 g
Lemon 1 PC.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Liquid honey 50 g
Sugar 100 g
Cream 35% 200 g

Cooking method

  • Put the iron mold for the future melon parfait in the freezer.
  • Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds. Cut out balls for decoration from 1/5 of the melon, put in a jar with a lid and put in the refrigerator. Cut off the crusts from the remaining melon and puree from the pulp using a blender Melon parfait
  • Grate the zest from the lemon, cut in half and squeeze the juice. Mix the zest and juice with honey.
