Oh, Gala, all night I dreamed about pie. I got up at 7 am and went to cook. I decided that I would only make 2 cakes, so I sent 2 balls of dough, larger and smaller, to the refrigerator. I want to thank you for the great recipe! Cook quickly and cleanly, but it turns out very, very tasty! The dough is great! It sticks a little during work, just a little, but the taste and consistency when ready - light, crumbly - delicious!
Of the nuances in cooking (maybe someone will come in handy) - I distributed the first layer with my hands in a mold, then leveled it a little with a small rolling pin, rolled the second (middle) layer on a silicone mat and transferred it into the mold, the third (upper) layer - on a grater (thanks to the local tips!) quickly and beautifully.))) I heated the lemon filling in the microwave - much faster and more convenient than on the stove. Three minutes - and you're done. I baked in the oven for 25 minutes about 180-200 C. Pyrex glass mold 23x35 cm. At first it seemed that there were not enough ingredients for such a mold size, but it turned out what we need, because I don't like a thick layer of dough.
