Creamy yoghurt frozen dessert with cherries

Ingredients

Sweet cherry pink 150 g
Cherry nectar 150 ml
Cream 35% 150 g
Natural yoghurt 100 g
Sugar 50 g
vanillin pinch

Cooking method

  • Remove seeds from cherries and place in silicone molds. Pour in cherry nectar to cover the berries

  • Put in the freezer for 1-2 hours until it hardens completely.
  • When the cherry and juice are frozen, mix the yogurt with sugar. Beat the cream with vanilla until creamy. Combine both masses and place on frozen cherries. Put in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Before serving, the dessert must be removed from the freezer and allowed to stand for 5 minutes at room temperature. Turn the finished dessert onto a plate, bending the edges of the molds.
