Orange-mango cream

Ingredients

Canned mango 1 can (850g)
Orange liqueur (juice) 2 tbsp. l.
Potato starch 2 tsp
Boiled water (cold) 25 ml
Powdered sugar taste
soft cottage cheese (0%) 180 g
Cream 35% 120 g
vanillin

Cooking method

  • From the jar, drain the liquid into a saucepan, and chop the mango in mashed potatoes with a blender. Bring the liquid to a boil. Dissolve the starch in water and pour in a thin stream, stirring constantly, into the mango juice. Cook for a few minutes until thickened. Remove from heat, add chopped mango and stir. Divide half of the resulting mass into glasses.
  • Mix cottage cheese in powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat the cream with powdered sugar until creamy and combine with the curd, stirring until smooth. Spread the resulting cream on top of the mango. Add the orange liqueur to the remaining mango mass, mix and spread over the curd-butter cream. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Decorate as desired and to taste before serving.
