Ingredients

apples 5-6 pcs.
butter dough:
flour 300 g
butter 130 g
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
milk 150 g
dry yeast 5 g
salt pinch
syrup:
sugar 150 g
water 200 g
for coating and dusting:
egg yolk 1 PC.
milk or water 30 g
sugar 50 g
Filling:
walnuts 50 g
biscuits 20 g
milk or apple syrup 30 g
vanilla sugar 1 tsp
sugar taste
lemon zest 1/2 tsp
bitter chocolate 20 g

Cooking method

  • Try this dessert made from simple apples: stuffed with nuts with chocolate, lemon zest, they become quite difficult ...
  • The dough can be used ready-made or prepared according to this recipe: pour yeast, sugar and 100 g of flour into warm milk, cover with a napkin and leave for 15 minutes. Next, sift the rest of the flour along with salt, add melted butter to it. Knead the dough, cover with a napkin and leave for 50 minutes. While the dough is ripening, we will deal with apples.
  • Poured stuffed apple in dough We peel the apples and the seed coat, cut off 1/3 of the cap. Boil for 5-8 minutes both parts of the apples in syrup made from water and sugar, constantly pouring the syrup over the apples.
  • Poured stuffed apple in dough Grind the nuts not quite finely - it is more convenient to do this in a bag using a rolling pin.
  • Poured stuffed apple in dough Rub the chocolate on a fine grater.
  • Poured stuffed apple in dough Add to chocolate and nuts, cookie crumbs, milk or apple syrup, lemon zest and put the resulting filling inside the apples.

There is a lot of pectin in baked apples, and it is the body's natural orderly - it removes cholesterol, improves blood circulation. Bitter chocolate also helps us - it prevents the formation of blood clots. So eat baked apples, preferably at least 3 a day, adding dark chocolate to them.
