Cooking method

  • Then pour the egg-butter-milk-honey mixture into a bowl of flour, quickly mix until a homogeneous lumpy mass, add the apples, stir again - let the mass remain slightly lumpy, put it in a pressure cooker bowl greased with vegetable oil, put the "Pastry" - 50 minutes - without pressure, at the end of the process we leave with the lid closed for 30 minutes - without heating! then remove the bowl, after cooling completely, gently shake the cake onto a dish.
