Dauphine potatoes in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Potatoes 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1/8 tsp
Egg 1 PC.
Milk 2 glasses
Cheese 200 g
Garlic 1 clove
Butter 50 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices in a bowl, season with salt and pepper.
  • 2. Pour in half a portion of pre-grated cheese and finely chopped garlic, mix.
  • 3. Beat the egg, add milk, mix, add to the potatoes and mix everything again.
  • 4. Grease a saucepan and lay out the potatoes mixed with egg, milk, cheese and garlic *.
  • 5. Sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
  • 6. Place a piece of butter on top.
  • (* garlic may not be added to potatoes, but grease a saucepan, but the taste will be less saturated)
