Canned Beans Salad with Fried Mushrooms

Ingredients

Raw mushrooms 200 g
Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Canned pineapple 50 g
Canned beans 200 g
Mayonnaise 60 g
Green onion taste
Hard cheese 50 g
Butter 1 tbsp. l
Lemon juice (optional) 1 tsp
Croutons (optional) 20 g

Cooking method

  • Fry onions and coarsely chopped champignons over high heat, cool. Rinse the beans. Finely chop the cucumbers, pineapple, cheese and onion. Mix everything, add mayonnaise, mix again, add salt if necessary. If you like, sprinkle with croutons and drizzle with lemon juice.

The salad, like most salads, is "from what it was". The taste turned out very, very! Itself was surprised. Even at the festive table, the salad was distinguished and noticed.
