Creamy curd sherbet-ice cream

Ingredients

Curd cream cheese 200 g
Cream 35% 130 g
Sugar 75 g
Water (boiling water) 50 ml
Pistachios 20 g
Candied pineapple (colored) 100 g
Raisins 30 g
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
Cherry liqueur * 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the pistachios and candied fruits.
  • Dissolve sugar in boiling water and cool slightly.
  • Beat the curd cheese lightly with a mixer.
  • Beat the cream until creamy.
  • Pour cherry liqueur into warm syrup and mix with curd cheese, whipping with a mixer. Add candied fruits, pistachios, raisins, mix everything. Add whipped cream. Put in a mold covered with cling film. Put in the freezer for 8 hours.
  • Sprinkle with cocoa and cut into pieces before serving.
