Ingredients

Large sour or sweet and sour apple 2 pcs.
Egg 2 pcs.
Powdered sugar for dusting
Honey or brown sugar how much will go into apples
Sugar 100 g
Cinnamon for sprinkling
Balsamic vinegar

Of course, in order to avoid dehydration, the child's fluid intake needs to be increased. However, the child, despite the heat that has overtaken us, must receive the nutrients necessary for normal development every day. So it is impossible to give up food to a growing body in general and replace it only with liquid. I will try to devote the maximum number of recipes to the nutrition of children in the hot season. This question is relevant to me all the time, because, firstly, I always try to feed my children correctly, varied and tasty. And secondly, they (especially the younger ones) do not have a good appetite all year round (not to mention the summer) - so you have to try!
In the summer, lunch falls at the peak of the heat. It is not surprising that even the once most favorite dishes do not make your child appetite at this time. And in order for him to still eat well on hot days, organize the main meals for him in the morning and evening. Moreover, breakfast and dinner in this case should consist mainly of light protein products, and lunch from carbohydrates, which are better absorbed and give a small amount of oxidation products (this means that carbohydrate food is excreted from the body with a smaller volume of fluid than proteins and fats. Therefore, your baby is not at risk of dehydration).
Oddly enough, but the easiest way our body perceives and assimilates egg white. Firstly, this is due to the low fat content of the product. Secondly, protein is light and quickly absorbed.The problem is that there is too much cholesterol in the yolk, so it's not advisable to eat more than 1-2 eggs a day (depending on the age of the baby). In addition, eggs are an allergic product. Therefore, you should not get carried away.

The first dish I proposed for feeding children in summer Carrot and banana snack for kids... Using bananas and yogurt (protein-containing foods) will keep the baby satiated, while carrots, which are rich in antioxidants and beta-carotene (a substance used to make vitamin A and give the plant its orange color), will help protect the baby from excessive sun exposure.
