Ingredients

carrot 150 g
zucchini 200 g
leek 100 g
water 25 ml
egg 2 pcs.
instant mashed potatoes (I took 2 boiled potatoes) 60 g
milk 60 ml
olive oil 15 ml
salt pepper taste
sun-dried tomatoes (this is my addition, this is not in the recipe) 30 g

Cooking method

  • Recipe from the Tupperware Master Press recipe book. I publish in full. I will mark my changes in the recipe in red.
  • 1. Peel, rinse, dry and dice all vegetables. Chop finely and stir in the vegetable mixture. Add water and cook for 8 minutes. at a power of 700 watts. in the microwave. I took my frozen vegetables, already finely chopped. I also added my tomatoes, dried with Provencal herbs, finely chopped. Cool for 5 minutes. before draining the liquid with a colander. (Press down with a puree press to thoroughly dry the mixture). Let cool.
  • 2. Preheat the oven without a grid to 210 C. Place a silicone baking mat on the wire shelf and set aside. I used baking paper and a thin sheet for baking, great too. It was too lazy to go for the rug)))
  • 3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk and add instant mashed potatoes, stirring occasionally. Add salt, pepper, olive oil (I added olive oil from sun-dried tomatoes, the smell of Provencal herbs and garlic .... amazing) and a vegetable mixture. Stir well. I added mashed potatoes made from 2 potatoes.
  • 4. Attach the rectangular nozzle to the Master Press. Fill a container with this mixture. Level the contents, blocking the advance of the mixture with a knife with a scraper and press gently with a press. Then remove the scraper and apply even pressure to move the mixture over the sliding mat. You will receive 2 rectangular rolls.

  • 5. Cut each roll into 4 pieces. Place the croquettes on a silicone mat and bake for 15 minutes. in the oven at 210 C. Serve with grilled meat or romanesco cabbage. It turned out to be a very light dish. I ate them with sour cream. Also very tasty)))

Heat the milk for 5 minutes at 600 watts, add polenta, stir and cook for another 2 minutes at 600 watts. Add the Parmesan, oil, salt and pepper while stirring quickly and leave for 10 minutes. 6 holes nozzle. Put the sticks on a cold oven rack. Cook for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
