Ingredients

kefir 0.5 liter
egg 1 pc. (If small can be 2 eggs)
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
soda 1 tsp
salt 0.5 tsp
milk 1 glass
flour 2 glasses
sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • On Maslenitsa week, I want to offer you a recipe for pancakes, which is very much loved in our family. The pancakes are soft, tasty, and always very beautiful. I looked in the pancake recipes section - I did not find this, there are similar ones. If I am wrong, I ask the moderator to delete the recipe.
  • Kefir (I usually take 3.2% fat) must be heated until warm, stirring continuously. Then put an egg, sugar, salt and soda in kefir. Stir well. There is no need to extinguish soda, it will be safely extinguished in kefir. Sift flour (the amount of flour can vary depending on your desire, if you want thin ones, reduce the flour, I usually put less than 2 glasses). Stir the mixture with flour so that there are no lumps. Then pour in boiling milk in a thin stream, continuously stirring the dough. Then add sunflower oil to the dough, stir. The oven is necessary in a well-heated skillet. I bake in an ordinary thick-walled steel skillet. On Teflon, I can't make beautiful openwork pancakes.
  • The recipe was borrowed by me from the Cooking at Home website several years ago. Now I wanted to insert a link to the recipe, but it looks like the owner deleted it, it even disappeared from my bookmarks. It's good that I printed it out right away. Baked in a coated frying pan, it turned out beautiful, with holes.
What can be done to remove the taste of soda, otherwise I will not have anyone.
