Bay leaf 2 pcs
water / broth
butter 50 g
vegetable oil 3 tbsp
tomato paste 1 tbsp

Cooking method

  • Beamtenstippe is a meat sauce that is a minced stew. A typical dish from northern Germany. Initially, this gravy was considered a typical meal of the urban poor of the 19th century, as well as the most ordinary officials, who were relatively poor. Often the gravy was made from leftovers. There are other names for this dish Lehrerstippe or Schneiderstippe.

  • Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil. Add minced meat and brown.

this is something tasty, satisfying, healthy. I have wheat flour, so it's not such a dark dish, and instead of a tomato. pasta - stewed chopped tomatoes. And I laid out the potatoes disheveled, because this is an expression of my condition - one person got me today. That is, desert in a storm
And greens - yesterday I bought fresh oregano (oregano). We have already eaten 2 times by now
