While the meatballs were being prepared, I made frying from 1 onion + 1 carrot and 2 tbsp. l. sweet and sour ketchup. After the frying was cooked, I added 1 tbsp. l. flour, mixed and fried for a few more minutes.
I put all the meatballs in the multicooker bowl, fry on top, salt, seasonings, water up to half of the top meatballs.

Braising for 1 hour.


Scrambled eggs with sausage

Used an insert with oblong cells. Heat up the bakery. Be sure to grease the cells with butter. Each cell contains 1 egg and pieces of sausage. I sprinkled with dill on top, but it dried out, so it's better to dill on ready-made scrambled eggs.
Timer for 15 min.


Cheesecakes.
I made a dough from 500g. cottage cheese, 1 egg, 60g. sugar, 60 gr. flour, salt, vanilla sugar.
Warmed up the multi-bakery, oiled the insert. I put a cheesecake in each cell. After 15 minutes. turned over and baked for another 15 minutes.


The cheesecakes turned out to be beautiful, but for two pieces it is very long. Perhaps a different insert with round cells would be more suitable for them.

I tried to fry the manti remaining from the evening, but since they are very large, they fit snugly against the top panel. Put it in a multi-bakery without an insert. After 5 min. the top has already begun to burn, although the bottom has just begun to stick. Conclusion - it is not advisable for food to touch tightly in the top cover of the multi-store.

The cake dough is the same as for muffins. Preheated the multi-bakery with the grill insert. Oiled and poured the dough.
