Apple Puff Pie at Brand 323 bakery

Multi-bakeries Brand 321 and 323

Yeast-free puff pastry 1/2 sheet
Semi-sweet green apples 2pcs
Starch 2h l.

Half the dough was divided in half. I rolled out one square and put it in a frying pan. On top I laid apples chopped on a coarse grater and mixed with starch. I covered it from above with a second layer of dough (I also rolled it out and made a mesh). I cut off the excess, pinched the edges and tucked them in.
Multi-bakeries Brand 321 and 323 Multi-bakeries Brand 321 and 323

At first I set 8 minutes (for reassurance), but after that I added another 5 minutes. In total, it was baked from the beginning (from a cold state) for 13 minutes. By the way, the light went out after 1.5 minutes from the beginning, then it lit up a minute later, went out again a minute later, and so on all the time.

The bottom is more ruddy, the top is paler, since it did not touch the lid. The bottom blushes unevenly - in proximity to the heating element, I suppose. But unevenness is not critical, at least on yeast-free puff pastry.

Manna, great !!! Very nice!!!
Are the apples baked normally? Not raw?

And how good that small! He sat down, ate at a time and there is no temptation to drink tea again !!!

Of course, baked ... in 13 minutes ... shredded

So this is the tastiest thing in the pie !!!!!

Virgo, while I can (while there is an opportunity to edit my first messages), I will collect interesting moments on the first page.
Mikhaska
Mannochka! Are you happy yourself? And - then, somehow detachedly describe the process ... Or have you not yet understood?
Manna
Well, firstly, very little is still clear (only one pie), and secondly, I always write like that ... so as not to transfer my impression to others
Miranda
I received an e-mail about new devices, I think there is definitely a topic on the forum.
And here's the pie!

I didn’t have such devices, and I don’t know yet if it was necessary. But in old age, some kind of kitchen gadget mania opened up. I will watch with pleasure, maybe I will decide to buy True, I like both.

Great cake!

Well super! Wonderful little cake.
And if you brown it more, in places where the ten is likely to burn?
Or does the yeast-free dough itself a little ruddy?

How is it covered then? Manna, do you like it yourself?

Where to brown? From below and no more. And on top ... on top you just need to make the pie higher. My height is about 2.5 cm.
Quote: March 8th
How is it covered then?
Well, how do I say after one use? I've seen coatings that are better and worse. And resilience ... well, only time will tell. According to the calculations ... it is slightly rough, dull, uneven (there are small roughness protrusions) applied.
Eighth March
Thank you!
Let's wait a little longer.

Mannochka, ahhh what a wonderful cake!
I kept walking by and convincing myself that I absolutely did not need this miracle. And it would not hurt to save money!
Yeah, not needed. The hand just reaches out to buy.

Does the mold look like an absolutely stupid omelette? The video seemed to be better, more accommodating.
In the video it was halves, and this one was ovals. I do not even know what to say. It all depends on what exactly is planned to be cooked in it and in what volumes. It seems to me that if the testicles, then each for one egg with small additions. I can cook something in it tomorrow, if you like.
Suliko
Manna, we all want! You just cook
For an omelet, these ovals are probably too small, but it's just that the heating is strong in a frying pan. I'm still looking for an analogue of Travolka's omelet maker, but with a better coating.
But what are you planning to cook in these round tins?
Eighth March
For one egg or one cutlet. Fry the cutlet, beaten egg. Brown a slice of loaf - assemble a sandwich, putting everything on top of each other, on top of a slice of cheese. A neat sandwich will turn out.
kseniya D
Girls, and I bought 321, but I will take it only tomorrow from a friend. I'll start with waffles, if you're interested, I'll share my impression.

Mannochka, But isn't this panel with ovals for pies? The instructions for her are given pie recipes.
Eighth March
So I think and come to the conclusion that I’m unlikely to use two of the three plates. Grilevoy can - to slightly lower the temperature and so that the meat-fish with stripes are obtained.
Well, once a year I will bake donuts, for fun I will fry eggs in ovals. Rather, everything will be prepared in the basic one. It's all too small.
Suliko

Yes, we would be bigger, I would just replace these ovals with halves, in the video the form for the omelet was better

I'm also very interested. I had something similar, but this something peeled off the coating very quickly.

Wow, already meat!

PS Tell me, please, are you talking about the "princess", comparing the round one with her. Do I understand correctly that this is Xpress Redi-Set-Go? Or something different?

The princess is Princess 115000

MannSo you have both bakeries now? I'll bother you tomorrow, okay?

Manna, and take a picture of the grill insert, pliz, from the 323rd.
I do not understand from the picture, there is a groove for juice around or so it seems.
Or so tell me
Manna
Ksyusha, well, I immediately said that I want both two at once. You all discussed 321 so actively that I didn't even stutter about 321. Rather, I tried, but my arguments did not work - everyone shouted: "Give 323!"

The main panels installed directly into the appliance are for sandwiches. The coating of these panels is glossy and quite durable. However, my copy is not fully applied. By the way, it seemed to me that the coating of the main panels differs from the additional ones: it is more durable (by sensations) and glossy, in the additional panels it is more matte. I tried to show it in the second photo.

The panels are removed by pressing a button located on each side (both top and bottom). The button had an uneven frame at first, but when used, all unnecessary flew off (you can see this in the second photo)

RepeShock

Well, the quality is not so hot, of course. However, in my opinion, this is the case with all devices of this type.
Therefore, they did not ask much about it, since there are a lot of such devices on the forum.
Stafa
Aha, my grill panels and sandwiches peeled off in several places in the severin, so now I use a non-stick mat and everything is fine, the most important thing is that the device itself works correctly.
Manna
I'll post it here too:

By the way, here are photos of 321 and 323 after roasting.

And how will you wash round?
Already washed. Everything is very simple. I poured some water into the pan for a couple of minutes. And everything went away easily. It is lightweight - just hold it sideways and wash it off gently.
Quote: Stafa
Of course, the pan is easier to clean than grill panels, but the panels are removable.
I totally agree. That's what I thought when I washed them
Manna
And further...

Quote: RepeShock
and you specially in the 323rd did not on the grill form?
Yes, I decided that the meat would seize faster this way, and the heat on the plate would be worse, since it does not touch the bottom of the pan. I think the grill pan is better for sweet pastries. Well that's it ... my fantasies
Quote: RepeShock

By the way, maybe that's why the meat is juicier there and it turned out.
I think the same. But still, the meat was at first sealed, albeit on one side, but with the lid open in the 323rd, and in the 321st, it immediately began to steam.
