Good evening. For taste and color, as they say, there are no comrades. I didn't really like this cupcake and will explain why. Maybe because I tasted it warm, but the taste of vegetable oil is strongly felt. Although I poured refined, as expected and beat for a long time. I know from experience that if you mix the ingredients poorly with so much oil, then the baked goods will turn out to be fatty, oily. The cupcake is not so much juicy as it is moist. Although the splinter jumped out dry. Vanillin did not add, was not at home. I reduced the amount of cinnamon to a minimum, since the elder son is not an amateur. Perhaps it is cinnamon and vanilla that "mask" the vegetable oil. Well, from the changes - instead of soda 1.5 tsp. baking powder. Grated carrots on the finest grater. In baked goods, it is not felt at all. In general, it vaguely resembles a manna, only looser or something in structure, and of course it is more humid. My peasants will try, I will report whether they liked it. Well, I'll post a photo, of course.




But thanks for the work and an interesting recipe in every sense to the author! One name is worth it. If the peasants like it, I'll bake. The ingredients are simple and affordable. This is undoubtedly a huge plus :-))
