Hello everyone
Cocoa preparation on topic page 5

Quote: Tanya Vladi
Good day! Who can come in handy - today I cooked cocoa with chocolate. She poured 600 ml of water plus milk (1: 2), put it on "steam / boil". When the boiling process began, threw a few pieces of chocolate and two tablespoons of cocoa powder through the hole. I turned off the steam program and turned on the pulse. Then steam again for 2-4 minutes. I threw the cinnamon sugar on top. And once again the pulse ... Yummy !!!

velli
Marysya27, Hi! Thanks for the link to the cocoa I will cook. There is powdered sugar with cinnamon, chocolate too, cocoa powder is available. Thanks again!
mamusi
Girls, and 22 I model differs from 24 only in volume? Exactly?
No more features?
Csscandle
I poured milk decently and a small mug of water, the soup, as it warmed up, poured sugar, cocoa powder and a few pieces of chocolate through the top. Another 8 minutes there it all chased and turned off.

Margarita, they even have a general instruction, the large model seems to have a separate enable button, but the small one does not ... do not look now, the rest seems to be common. I also took the big one because at the beginning of the topic something splashed out from someone, let there be a margin in height.
I can take a closer look at the instructions tomorrow.

Yes, the difference is in the presence of the start button.

Girls, and if the fruit is in the filter, less compote strives to pop out?
eta-007
Csscandle, Yul, don't pour the water over and he won't go anywhere! I never spilled out, but I didn’t cook a lot. Mine usually drink compote well. For us, this "will not be enough"
Csscandle
Svetlana, I wanted to try with pulp, and usually I cook from dried fruits, and here I have strawberries, and rhubarb, and an apple, the smell is killer !!!!!
I sort of poured liquid on a level or even less, but I still flopped on the table once.
Csscandle
I will continue my review, I have not yet reached the porridge, but vegetables for baby food are so-so to cook. To begin with, I doused myself with liquid, which got stuck in the steam basket between the solid bottom and the perforated one, and then on the blender all this was not evenly ground, some very finely, and some remained in pieces. I have another device for baby food, everything is much more convenient there, I will not rush to sell it.
And again they brewed cocoa, this is a song, of course!
eta-007
Csscandle, Yul, I have no one to cook such "passions" yet, but, just in case, for more details.
Did you put vegetables in the filter or put them in a basket? And what's stuck where? Did you take out a basket of ready-made vegetables and pour out the water carelessly? And then blender dry? Or with some water? I had no problems with blender. I poured some water and vegetables either into a filter or just into a jug. What do you have and how?
Csscandle
I boiled vegetables in a double boiler, she, such an infection, constantly clings to the upper sensor, but that's okay. And then I need to grind these vegetables without water. To do this, I picked out the steamer, put it on a plate, emptied the water from the jug and began to dump the vegetables, then the water poured out. It is not important to put it in the filter, there are a lot of vegetables, water is also not needed there, so the pieces were disguised and I only found them in the plate.
This is all surmountable if the device is the only one, but you need to adapt.
eta-007
Csscandle, Yul, today I will definitely look what kind of design the steamer has, that something is pouring out of it. I haven't unpacked it yet. Thanks for the warning!
velli
From all that was written, I did not understand where the water came from in the steam basket with holes. The basket itself does not have to be placed in the recesses, they are intended for installing the filter. The basket can be easily removed and inserted if not inserted into the grooves. it will not go anywhere and is stable and it is convenient to remove it from the jug of the soup cooker. I often cook potatoes and carrots in a basket. eggs for salads, cauliflower and more. How did you want to grind vegetables and what? in a soup cooker without water or separately? Do not scold the soup cooker, she is not to blame, you just need to be patient, read the instructions once again and everything will work out.
Csscandle
I don't put it in the grooves, but the basket clings to the upper sensor or I don't understand how to put it under it correctly. The bottom of the steamer is double, the first is less perforated, and there is water accumulated somewhere, I can't go now, I can't see where exactly. I wanted to grind in a soup cooker on a blender program, this is not prohibited by the instructions, which I have studied thoroughly.
I do not scold the soup cooker, I write that it is not the best choice for making baby vegetable puree.

I went and looked, the bottom of the steamer has resources for accumulating liquid and considerable ones.
Marysya27
Ssssvechka, Yulenka, a young woman who has already tried so much And you will get to know the device even closer, skill will increase in grooming it, I think that with the preparation of baby food the situation will level out to the level of cocoa
This soup cooker should thresh well. I read in another topic that both in ice picking and crushing, Vesochka "does not graze the back."

Quote: Lisichkalal
I made corn puree soup. Corn in the filter, everything else in the glass. I cooked it and removed the filter (since I needed soup without pieces) and blended everything together 4 times already.
Scraps of corn remained.
Filtered through a sieve. But I have a house clip.
Quote: Lisichkalal
I bought a soup cooker with a filter specifically for corn soup and lentil soup.
Alas, I still use a sieve.
Quote: velli
I cooked P-2 corn soup in pieces, but put the corn in the filter with carrots and onions. For the filter potatoes + pieces of finely chopped chicken breast + a little stalked celery + 1 hour. l of dry mushroom broth Rollton and water. The whole corn is milled like the carrots to puree. And in the soup it was not felt on the tongue.

I also went to the barricades to cook mushroom soup. A new Vesochka has arrived. When turned on, it beeps. I will go to test the "glow of the lights" and the work of the program
Mushrooms with onions have already been chopped:

Csscandle, Yul, e-mine! Indeed, what an unfortunate design of a double boiler! Why not make it, like all normal devices, lattice! After all, if not water, then condensation will surely accumulate! Here, after all, freaks, well, they can't really think through anything!

Marysya27, Aaaaa, our beloved uncle Fedor has arrived! our beloved Allochka has come! Now we are twice as large We'll stock up on hay for our cow! let's prepare!
And most importantly - more varied!
Marysya27
eta-007, Svetlanka, thanks for the kind words (applause "before"),
and for those that "after" I will try to earn
And here is the soup

Here
A-a-a ... all the lights are on !!!:

400g champignons, 1 onion (108g), 3 medium garlic cloves, 1 small potato, 1 processed cheese ("Cheerful lady" creamy), a couple of parsley sprigs, salt, ground pepper, coriander, bay leaf.
A little water poured over the line "max for soup" (up to the middle between "max for soup" and "max for cooking").
A separate light shines too
Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24
What was unexpected or unusual. Vesochka brews invisibly. Only the fogged cap is noticeable. During the first grinding, a little liquid splashed out, about 1 tsp. And there were no more splashes.
Grinding was expected to be seen at the end of cooking, not in the first half. Unexpected
Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24
I wouldn't call a device noisy. Sounds quite normal. I expected more sonority
I didn't know the time, but the soup was prepared pretty quickly, to the delight of those waiting.
Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24
Silky consistency:
Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24
True, among the uniformity, there were a couple of unmilled potato pieces:
Soup Cooker-Blender VES Electric SK-A24
But this is my "joint". I cut everything with Berner, and the potatoes with a knife in random pieces. Here are a couple of pieces and did not have time to cook.
Very interesting state of preparation of the soup. It is neither overcooked nor undercooked On the verge of readiness
I liked the device very much
And soup to eaters too
We will continue to master
Thanks to all the inhabitants of the topic for the science, impressions, attentiveness and responsiveness

eta-007
Allochka! You, as always, with a full report! You probably have a camera mounted in the tabletop already!
Marysya27
eta-007, Svetochka,
Csscandle
I report on porridge. Fine!! I cooked rice cereals for 50 grams according to the book (counted), got one plate of wonderful baby porridge. Only she wanted to escape through the spout, she had to plug it with a napkin). Tomorrow I'll try buckwheat.
Marysya27
Csscandle, Yulenkathanks for the test
Csscandle
With buckwheat it turned out worse, I thought that she needed less liquid and poured along the lower boundary of the calculations, it turned out thickly, I had to dilute it a little with boiling water. But my daughter ate it with pleasure. Tomorrow is the turn of the corn.
Fotina
I lost my book again)
Please tell me what proportions are needed for porridge? Until now, hands have not reached them
Csscandle
Svetlana, 150 gr. cereals and 320 milk and water.
eta-007
Svetlana, do not cook millet! You will be disappointed! Rice or buckwheat.

Girls, I made strawberry jam today. 100 ml of water, 500 gr of frozen strawberries, 2 glasses of sugar. Soup-jam program.
Happened:

about a liter.

Liquidish. Bye, like strawberry sauce. But I hope it gets thicker after the refrigerator.

And already in the dish: Lazy dumplings with strawberry jam-sauce.

Photo from the phone, so the colors pumped up. In fact, everything is bright enough.
Csscandle
And today I cooked corn porridge, it also turned out wonderfully. And mushroom puree soup .... almost burst, so delicious!
velli
Yulia, I have never cooked corn porridge, I can’t even imagine what to cook it from and how. Rather, what kind of cereal to buy for her.? Soups from Vesochka are much tastier than in my other soup cookers Dobrynya (deceased), Vitek Endever and Vesa. And I like strawberry jam, and in the summer I cooked from apricots. I also heard that delicious jam is made from persimmon (Korolek), you need to try it and cook it for a try.
Germiona
Good morning everybody! My Vesochka-princess is coming, she will arrive tomorrow. A question for experienced owners: do you cook meat soups and, if so, do you pre-heat the meat?
eta-007
Germiona, Natasha, my chicken is boiled in small cubes (if not mashed potatoes). I didn't cook it with meat.

velli, Val, I still got a little watery from frozen strawberries. What do you think to thicken? An apple? Or agar?
Germiona
Svetlana, thank you! That is, you are laying chicken with vegetables without first frying?
eta-007
No, Natasha, I'm taking the breast. I cut into 1.5x1.5 cubes. And that's all. In 25 minutes it falls through.
velli
NataliaIf chicken is used, then it may not be cooked, but cut into small cubes. It is better to boil other meat before making soups. In a short time, it can be cooked, but the bulette is bad to chew. This is not a slow cooker in the literal sense.
Csscandle
Quote: velli
I can't even imagine what to cook it from and how
Made from corn grits, it is sold everywhere among other cereals, proportions as for rice, yellowish and tasty!
eta-007
Yulia, you have to buy, try. I never ate
Marysya27
Quote: eta-007
today I cooked strawberry jam ... Soup-jam program.
Svetochka, such a beautiful color As if fresh strawberries. I will definitely try. Can't use less water?
And for some reason I decided that Vesochka would just cook soup for me on the "Soup-Jam" program. In pieces and without chopping Place the mesh -
Pieces of chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions, herbs, spices, bulgur:

At the end I added some more cheese. Delicious soup

Csscandle, Yulenkathanks for the corn porridge idea
velli
Fotina, Sveta I cook rice at the rate of: 1m / st-rice
2m / st. Milk
2m / st Water
1 st. l Sugar
1h l Salt
The dough turns out to be just perfect. I just cooked it and it cools in a plate. I haven't bought good corn grits yet. I also want to try the "Friendship" porridge cook rice 50% + millet 50% will it work out as I cooked before in m / w. I don't know, but for the sake of experiment I'll try. I took out a package of black currants from the freezer and I will cook jelly.
eta-007
Quote: Maryya27
Can't use less water?
Allochka! So on prescription. We will eat this next time I will buy frozen blackberries and put them in the filter. And I'll add agar. I wonder if it will make jelly?
Write more often, you are so nice to read.
Germiona
Girls, good evening! My assistant has arrived. I cooked rice porridge. Everything is fine, but it hurts noisily, it works. The steam mode is quiet, with enviable regularity it produces rather loud "clapping" sounds. Is that how it should be or is there something wrong with her?
eta-007
Germiona, Natalya, did you cook milk porridge on the mode and according to book proportions?
Germiona
Svetlana, yes, everything is like in the recipe book
eta-007
Germiona, Nat didn’t seem to be clapping, so fear is direct. Squeaks not on business, buzzes, but clap ... I really don't really listen. What to listen to? Brews and cooks. The main thing is that the result is satisfying. Hasn't it stuck to the bottom? Maybe it gets very hot. Or the rice is quick-cooking, and it puffs thickly.
Germiona
eta-007, Svetlana, a little bit completely stuck. Delicious. But it's annoying that you can hear her stirring from the room and not so weakly. Maybe, it's true, you need another rice
eta-007
Germiona, no-no-no, Natasha. So you're talking about mixing. It cannot be taken away from her. Get used to it. She is a noisy lady. Once everything is delicious. Never mind. Each device has its own nuances. At least she makes a lot of noise. But vitek, the one from the sly, howl. At first I shuddered and rushed to him. I thought that now it would take off from the tabletop. Nothing. I got used to it.
Germiona
eta-007, Svetlana, thank you! Well, at least she reassured that everything was fine with her. And then I was already upset that we would not make friends with her. The cartoon then quietly cooks and cooks. Is the soup that loud too?
Csscandle
Everything is loud, yeah.
Csscandle
Turmeric colored pitcher
eta-007
Yulia, yes, how long have you thrown her? I add on the tip of the knife. Seems OK.
Csscandle
Damn ... I'm new to turmeric, well, shook it out of the bag ... Pts. That was tasty!!!)))
eta-007
Yulia, what are you doing? They add it a little. How else the plates are not stained!
Csscandle
Live forever
Nathalte
Girls, talk me out of it, huh? I have an endic, and I also want a lot. I want for cereals and jams, everything will be seasoned in the endika. Or maybe I don't need it?
Marysya27
Natasha, I won't succeed Vesochka really like it Just in case, for peace of mind, I already want to buy a second one
