Curd soufflé with date syrup

Ingredients

soft cottage cheese 250 grams
milk 50 grams
gelatin 10 gram
date syrup 30 grams
egg white C-O 1 piece
silicone molds d = 5 cm 4 pieces

Cooking method

  • Make the date syrup first

  • Date syrup (Podmosvichka)
  • Soak gelatin in milk until it swells.
  • Then heat over low heat until dissolved. Cool slightly.
  • Mix curd and syrup. Pour in a thin stream of gelatin.
  • Beat everything together well with a mixer.
  • Gently introduce the whipped protein into a strong foam.
  • Stir and arrange in molds.
  • Put in the refrigerator until completely solidified.
  • Top with date syrup when serving.
