Yeast 21g (7g dry)
Sugar 2h l
Salt 1 / 2h l

Cooking method

  • We have a chain of pizza restaurants under the Pizza Hut brand.
  • The pizza from these restaurants is incomparable, for me, perhaps, the most delicious, it has a fluffy, but not thick dough, and not a dry crouton cake.
  • Once on the Internet I came across a recipe for a dough for this pizza, I copied it, but performed it much later. Where I got it from, I honestly don't remember.
  • Since then, I don't need another pizza dough.
  • It is easy and quick to make due to the decent amount of yeast, but the taste is not felt.
  • It is better to knead either in a combine or in a bread maker, although it works well with your hands.
  • So, we heat the milk, put yeast in it. We measure out flour, put salt, sugar. We start kneading and pour out the milk with yeast.
  • In the middle of the batch, add a couple of tablespoons of oil. Knead to a smooth, tender kolobok.
  • The dough feels like an earlobe, tender.
  • We put the bun in an oiled bowl, close the lid, put it in the heat.
  • I turn on the oven for a couple of seconds and put a bowl in it.
  • Now we are preparing all the ingredients for the pizza.
  • While I chop everything, my dough rises, it takes 20-30 minutes.
  • I take out a bowl of dough and immediately turn on the oven for 200 *.
  • With my oiled hands, I stretch the dough onto the sheet.
  • Well, then I grease it with sauce, put the fillings, cheese on top.
  • During this time, the oven warms up, I put it on airflow and reduce it to 180 *.
  • I put the pizza on, when the cheese is well browned, I take it out.

I just stretch it with my hands, the thickness is about 1 cm, I guess. This amount is ideal for one sheet in the oven, and not thick, and nevertheless there is dough.
I don’t do any kneading, knead it, add it to the warmth and then take it out and stretch it.
We sell yeast in cubes at 42 grams, just half a cube of raw.
But I also did it with dry ones, there I had to wait a longer rise, I will not say the name of the yeast, but not a quick rise. And yet, yes, they need flour.
