I would like to recommend the sauce with which the pizza is poured on top. So it becomes more juicy (I noticed from the photo that not all pizzas are filled with sauce): ketchup: mayonnaise = 1: 1 + mustard (from 1 tsp. To 1 tbsp. L.) + Smoked paprika (1 tbsp. L. ) (in general, seasonings to your taste) + 1 raw egg + dried herbs (parsley or dill) + dried garlic. The same sauce can also be used to grease the pizza dough before placing the filling.
