Pizza with Oltermanni Valio cheese

Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 800 g
Drinking water, strongly carbonated 440 ml
Vodka 3 tbsp. l
Olive oil 8 Art. l
Eggs 2 pcs
Sugar 5 tsp
Salt (fine) 2 tsp
Salt (sea) 1.5 tbsp. l
Basil (green) 2 bundles
Cilantro 2 bundles
Tomatoes 8 pcs
Yeast 2 tsp
Cheese 300 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Put eggs, water, vodka, butter (5 tablespoons), flour, salt (fine), sugar, yeast in a bucket of a bread machine (in the order prescribed by the instructions). Switch on the "Dough" program (kneading - 30 minutes, raising the dough - 1 hour).
  • 2. Remove the dough and divide into 4 equal parts. Cover 3 parts with a towel so that they do not dry out.
  • Stretch 1 part with your hands into a cake with a diameter of about 30 - 35 cm.
  • 3. Tomatoes should be ripe but firm. Pour the tomatoes with boiling water and remove the skin after 2 - 3 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into slices 5 - 7 mm thick. Basil, cilantro, rinse thoroughly, dry and finely chop. Grate the cheese. Divide all ingredients into 4 equal parts.
  • 4. Spread the tomatoes on a dough cake, sprinkle with a mixture of cilantro, basil, salt with sea salt and drizzle with olive oil.
  • 5. Put the semi-finished pizza for proofing for 30 minutes, covering with a napkin.
  • 6. Preheat the oven to 200 * C and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese and return it to the oven until the cheese is melted.
