Wheat bread with cashew nuts and hop sourdough.

Ingredients

Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
Hop sourdough 3 tbsp. l. with a slide
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
2 eggs + water 150 ml
Cashew nuts (not fried) 2 large handfuls

Cooking method

  • We load all the ingredients (except for nuts) into the bread maker's bucket. And we put it in "pizza" mode.
  • Before the end of the batch, add the nuts.
  • Turn off the oven and leave the dough to rise.
  • As soon as the dough has risen, knead it and leave it for proofing again.
  • As it rises, knead again and again leave to rise.
  • When the dough rises, put in the "baking" mode for 1 hour. And after this hour, a delicious, hot, aromatic bread with nuts awaits you.
