Ingredients

rye or wheat flour 3 glasses
salt 1 h spoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Boiled water 300ml

Cooking method

  • on the dough --- 1 teaspoon of salt for the ready-made starter culture, 300 grams of water and flour flour, wheat flour until it stops sticking to your hands, then in the oven for 200g for 50 minutes, then in a towel and then overeat in a bag :)
