Cooking method

  • Making the dough
  • 300 gr flour
  • 2-3 eggs and some water. The dough should not be too steep, but slightly softer than pasta.
  • Salt to taste.
  • It is advisable to lie down for the dough for 30 minutes so that it rolls out well.
  • Roll out the dough thinly on a dough roll and distribute the filling. We roll it up into a tube horizontally and put it in a cold Princess.
  • And so on until you fill the entire surface of the device.
  • Cover the dough with sunflower oil on top.

I probably had this recipe in front of my eyes for a month: I really wanted to cook, I just dreamed! But then there is no excess cottage cheese (and we have enough cottage cheese lovers), then another oven is outlined. In short, I got there today! Since there was no recipe before my eyes (and I thought I knew it by heart), the dough came out with a flaw: I forgot about the eggs! So I was sure that the dough - both for the pit, I rolled it! Handles, by the way, in one large layer. I didn’t think about how I’ll shove it with the filling into the mold! But it should be: it turned out to be a plump roll, instead of a long sausage!
In short, I came out with a pie that looks like a huge bagel! But, since I was going to bake in the oven, it didn't bother me!

Question one: how thin is the dough to roll? I didn’t have a transparent filling, the filling was heavy, I’m afraid it would break if thinner. And yet, when I rolled it into a roll, air gets in, bubbles are obtained.
