Ingredients

pasta 300 gr.
minced meat 600 gr.
white bread 100 g
onion 1-2 pcs
canned green peas 3-4 tbsp. l.
salt pepper taste
For a spicy crust
cream (sour cream) 150 gr.
breadcrumbs 50 gr.
cheese 150 gr.
mustard 1 tbsp. l.
parsley 50 gr.

Cooking method

  • I propose a recipe for a wonderful dish of the so-called "in the feast and in the world." You can diversify your daily menu and can be served as a festive dish.
  • Boil the pasta until half cooked, put it on a drushlak and let the water drain. For this purpose, spiral pasta looks very beautiful in a dish.
  • Soak white bread for a while in cold water and squeeze well. Peeled onions, finely chop the garlic.
