sugar 125 g
egg 2 pcs
wheat flour 350 g
almonds, ground in a coffee grinder 150 g
baking powder 1/2 tsp with a slide
bitter almond oil (not added) 3 drops
salt pinch
powdered sugar mixed with ground cinnamon for sprinkling

In Germany there are very good. convenient cutter shapes for these sweets, which immediately allow you to cut 20 pieces of such "almond caps". I got 65 pieces of about 3x2cm.
