I have frozen cherries (not thawed) and mixed with 5 tsp. potato starch. By the way, cocoa can be added either to the dough or to the filling, at your discretion!

I baked the cake a second time, decided to add cocoa to the dough, that is, I need to replace an equal amount of flour with cocoa (but I forgot about it, I just added cocoa and it turned out to be a very dry dough, I added another egg and sour cream until the dough was workable, not repeat my mistakes)))) this option is much more chic and festive, very chocolate in taste, cocoa must be added to melted butter so that it completely dissolves in it, and then add everything according to the recipe to the cooled butter ...

This time my cottage cheese was drier, I added 1 more egg + yogurt + sugar "by eye" until I got a more or less desired consistency so that the immersion blender could mix this thing into a homogeneous mass ..... cooked about the pie-baking sheet was enough for 7 people, she left us and two families with a decent portion to take with her, and my husband took three more people to work ... let me remind you that you need to eat it completely chilled, it is very tasty from the refrigerator, and it is warm very sweet!
