For myself, I decided, if I can't order dumplings, then I will try to order a turner to grind long shafts of 25 cm for one of my (I have two empires of titania) noodles. Difficulties in finding and processing the necessary raw materials for shafts, because you need strong and stainless shafts. At the same time, it is also necessary to assemble it so that the structure is strong and reliable, and the gap between the rolls is parallel. And this is very difficult.
