Ingredients

egg 2 pcs
sugar 120 g
salt pinch
instant coffee 2 tsp
cocoa 3 tsp
honey 2 tbsp. l. (50 gr)
boiling water 150 ml
sour cream 180 g
baking soda 1 tsp under the knife
premium wheat flour 300 g
coffee liqueur 1 tbsp. l.
chocolate 1 tile
butter for greasing the mold

Cooking method

  • I continue my series of experiments with new forms. Today exotic, but done very quickly and without much effort, the second name is "Chocolate laziness"
  • Beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt until the mass is threefold (white). While the eggs are beaten, pour boiling water over coffee, cocoa and honey and stir thoroughly, let cool slightly.
  • Add sour cream to the egg mixture, mix at the minimum speed of the mixer (or by hand) until smooth. Pour in the coffee mixture, stir.
  • Sift flour and baking soda and add portions to the dough, stirring each time. When the dough is smooth, pour in the liquor (optional) and stir until smooth.
  • Grease the form thoroughly with butter (I sprinkled half of the cells with flour, left the other like that, I got the cupcakes out of everyone equally well).
  • Distribute the dough into the molds, filling them no more than ½ of the height! The dough will rise a lot when baking! I poured into 2/3 of the tins, baked in two floors, so the bottom muffins were propped up on the upper baking sheet
  • After distributing the dough, put a piece of chocolate in each cell (I have a dark one without additives) and press a little.

  • Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • It turned out deliciously chocolate!
