Girls, I read in this thread that there are problems with the Travola omelet maker, first of all, burning, and, as a result, poor extraction of the finished product from it.
I have had this omelette for a long time (a year and a half already), after a couple of months of use, the same problems appeared. Then I didn’t know about the forum yet, so I had to master everything by the method of experiment myself. Came to the same conclusions as many of you.
After cooking an omelet or casserole, wash thoroughly, but carefully, "until shine" from excess oil. We put the products in a well-heated omelette dish, having previously greased it with REFUELED OIL (I have not tried to use universal grease yet, but I want to try it). If the food requires pre-frying, then I do it not in Travola, but in a small frying pan on a gas stove. It turns out even faster in time: while the Grass is warming up, I have already fried almost everything.
Many people say that during the cooking process the omelet lifts the lid of the appliance, I also had such a problem. Using the experimental method, I selected the amount and composition of the ingredients. I only make omelet with filling, so the number of eggs taken is problem # 1. I take one egg per cell. I just beat it with a fork, but, most often, not with milk, but with mayonnaise. The omelet turns out to be much more magnificent than in milk, but, after all, I take only one egg, so it turns out to be very lush, but the omelette does not open at the same time.
I bring to your attention one of the most favorite omelet recipes.

I am preparing an egg mixture: I beat one egg (I always use eggs at room temperature) with a fork with one teaspoon of mayonnaise (today I did not take mayonnaise, but Caesar sauce from Heinz) and spices for pizza and pasta (salt, garlic, paprika, tomatoes, black pepper, onion, basil, oregano, rosemary, chili, sugar, fennel). I grease the pan with oil with a silicone brush. In a frying pan I fry Borodino bread, cut into cubes (no crusts). I grease the heated Travola with ghee (I'm not greedy), put pieces of bread, finely chopped pickled cucumber, finely chopped leeks in it (I also tried it with onions, but it gives a lot of moisture). Pour in the egg mixture. I usually cook for 7 minutes, but today I was a little distracted and therefore I cooked for 8 minutes (in my opinion, the last minute was unnecessary, a tiny piece of burning appeared on the work surface, but this did not affect the extraction of the omelet).
In the photo, the omelet looks burnt, but it is not, the dark color is given by pieces of Borodino bread and some components that make up the spice mill (and the photo turned out to be darkish).
