Ingredients

strawberry puree 50 g
chocolate 50 g

sugar 120 g
water 30 ml

Cooking method

  • Recipe from Annette Voltaire.
  • Divide the ice cream into 3 parts. Add the tuber puree to one part. Mix well.
  • Melt the chocolate and add to another part of the ice cream. Mix well.
  • Put 3 pieces of ice cream in the freezer.
  • Cook the meringue. We set to cook the syrup from sugar and water. Beat the whites at high speed. When the syrup reaches 118 °, pour it in a thin stream into the whites. Beat the mass until dense peaks.
  • We take a biscuit base, I have a chocolate biscuit. We cut out according to the shape or several individual shapes.
  • We spread ice cream on a biscuit base in layers - vanilla, strawberry, chocolate.
  • Decorate the top with meringue.
  • We bake dessert under a grill or burner.
  • Sprinkle with cocoa.
