Ingredients

Semolina 1.5 stack.
Sugar 0.5 stack
Milk 0.5 stack
Nuts 2 tbsp. l.
Raisins 2 tbsp. l.
Coconut flakes 2 tbsp. l.
Ghee oil 2 tbsp. l.
Cardamom 1 tsp

Cooking method

Melt ghee or ghee in a frying pan or cauldron, add ground nuts, then raisins, then coconut.
Pour semolina into it and fry, stirring constantly, until semolina is golden and nutty.
Add sugar and cardamom, heat, stirring for a couple of minutes.
Add milk, turn off the heat and mix well until smooth.
Allow to cool slightly until you can take the mass with your hands. Roll the mass into balls slightly larger than the walnut.

Note

Laddu is Indian sweets made from various flours. I suggest trying semolina ladda with nuts and raisins. The cooking process takes literally 15 minutes, and the result will delight you and your children. Delicate, fragrant, with crunchy nuts and raisins interspersed with the sweetness of laddu.
