Philips provided me with a Philips HD3095 multicooker for testing

Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

The packaging is usual for Philips - eco-friendly clips, shock-absorbing packaging ... In addition to the multicooker, the box contains instructions, a recipe book, an EAC certificate of conformity, a guarantee ...

The recipe book has not only recipes, but also instructions, answers to frequently asked questions, a table of modes ...

The set for the multicooker includes: cord, branded spatula and ladle from Philips, a 180 ml measuring cup (full) and 160 ml at the top risk and a double steam basket
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

Steam basket unusual - double, maybe as a hinged basket, and as a steam stand on legs
The diameter of the hanging basket inside is 20.5 cm, the diameter of the steam stand is 17.7 cm.

The heating element is coated
Multicooker Philips HD3095

Despite the fact that this multicooker has similarities in the body with its predecessors (3036, 3058, 3065, 3077), it has fundamental differences and even surprises.

And the first surprise is the lid. In Philips in the lineup, the inner lid plate is removable only for the 3077 model, and for the 3095 removable cover itself... You can remove it by simply pulling it up.
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

The second surprise is bowl... She has handles... Coating ceramic (Let me remind you that other Phillips models have a non-stick coating from Daikin). Plating unusual with gold. If it is not so noticeable in a dry bowl, then the coating shimmers with a golden shine under water. Very nice. And the main surprise of the bowl is her weight - 1405 grams... 1.4 kg. This is because the bowl is thick-walled with many layers. How this will affect cooking, we will check in practice. Bowl height 13.05cm. The girth under the handles is 69.15 cm. Bottom diameter inside approx. 16cm.

Touch control panel. Responds very well. Heating can be turned off before the start of the mode and turned on after it ends. Heating cannot be turned off while the program is running. The "Menu" sensor selects modes. The display then shows the default cooking time. The time can be changed in all modes, except for "Rice" and "Plov. In the" Custom "and" Oven "mode, you can also change the temperature. The mode is started by a three-second touch to the" Start "sensor.
In standby mode, the display is not backlit, the "Start" lamp blinks.

I did not notice any foreign smell. During the first turn on there was a slight singe smell - apparently, something was burnt on the heating element. After the smell was gone.

The signal is nice melodic, but loud enough.

In general, the multicooker made a very good impression. How it works, practice will show

Mannawhat a gentle voice you have

I will subscribe to the topic, I am interested in your testing.

And how many liters does it have?
2,5? 3?

PS offtopic question - what are you shooting and in which program do you process the video?
Manna
Miranda, the maximum mark on the bowl is 3 liters.

Manna, test it, sign off on sensor programs. It's very interesting if they exist and how they work.

Yes, yes, one of these days I will cook something on them ("Rice" and "Plov")

The first test of the multicooker, of course, on milk porridge... It was buckwheat porridge...

Multicooker Philips HD3095

0.5 mst buckwheat
Multicooker Philips HD3095

1 st. l. Sahara
Multicooker Philips HD3095

1 mst milk 3.2%
1 mst cold water
Multicooker Philips HD3095

"Porridge" mode 50 minutes
In this mode, the multicooker first heats up, and only after that the countdown begins. Entering the regime lasted about 9-10 minutes.
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

Almost all the liquid has boiled away. On the walls, traces of foam are visible 1.5-2 centimeters above the level of buckwheat. The porridge turned out, although thick, but boiled
Multicooker Philips HD3095

I can't say yet, I still need to check, but it seemed to me that this mode works the same way as in 3060
Manna
Milk porridge again. This time from the "running" croup - millet and corn grits

Multicooker Philips HD3095

1/4 mst corn grits
1/4 mst millet
Multicooker Philips HD3095

1 tbsp. l. Sahara
Multicooker Philips HD3095

1 mst milk 3.2%
1 mst cold water

"Porridge" mode 50 minutes.
I lingered for 9 minutes, the porridge was heated. The milk was boiling. There are traces of a centimeter 2 above the cereal level.
Multicooker Philips HD3095

The porridge turned out to be very thick. 1: 4 - too small proportion, you need 1: 5 or 1: 6
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

I added more milk to the finished porridge
Multicooker Philips HD3095

In general, I can conclude that the "Porridge" mode is active, the liquid boils away more than in soft modes for milk porridge in other multicooker. Therefore, it is better to increase the proportion by 1 mst of liquid. Despite the fact that the milk boils in the mode, either due to the volume of the bowl, or the algorithm does not imply strong boiling (and the resumption of boiling during the program, as in the HD3060), the milk does not rise much ... even on "running" cereals.
Ofeliya
Manna, and this model is also only for Russia? Like 3060? And then I look, we do not have one on sale.
Manna
Ofeliyaas I understood, now Philips does not bring new items to the Ukrainian market
Manna
And one more milk porridge - rice... Proportion 1: 5

Multicooker Philips HD3095

0.5 mst rice (Kuban)
Multicooker Philips HD3095

1 tbsp. l. Sahara
Multicooker Philips HD3095

1 mst milk 3.2%
1.5 mst cold water
Multicooker Philips HD3095

"Porridge" mode 50 minutes
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

The porridge is excellent. But for those who like thinner porridge, the proportion is better to choose 1: 6. Please note that this is the proportion for milk with water!

I can once again confirm my conclusions that for the preparation of milk porridge in this mode, it is necessary to increase the liquid by 1 mst in comparison with the soft modes for milk in other multicooker.

Mushroom cream sauce in a multicooker Philips HD3095 (Manna)

Multicooker Philips HD3095

Details of the recipe for link, and here I will describe the nuances that are important from the point of view of testing the device.

So, the first test of the multicooker and bowl in the "Fry" mode. Remember that the bowl is "ceramic", so first we put food in it or grease it with oil and only then we heat it.

After turning on the "Fry" mode products can be placed on frying after 3 minutes - the bowl has warmed up. The countdown in this mode starts immediately. Fried vegetables, stirring occasionally, with the lid open. As soon as they are browned, turn off the mode and remove the bowl from the case so that it cools faster (it cools for a long time - thick-walled bowl)
Multicooker Philips HD3095

As soon as the bowl has cooled down (pour cold liquid into a preheated bowl or lay cold food - the coating can be damaged), return it to the multicooker body. Pour a mixture of mushrooms and cream into the vegetables. We mix. We close the lid. We turn on the "Porridge" mode for 30 minutes.
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

The liquid was boiling quite intensely. There are traces of foam rising on the walls. But we also benefit from the fact that the mode is active - the sauce turned out to be thick, it didn't have to be specially thickened.
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

At the current stage, the bowl coating has shown itself perfectly - it does not stick, it washes well. In leaving you can't even say that it is "ceramic"
The thickness of the bowl affects the cooling time. I think it will be good to languish in it.

Three ways pasta in the Philips HD3095 multicooker (Manna)

Multicooker Philips HD3095

Details of the recipe for link, and here I will describe the nuances that are important from the point of view of testing the device.

Spaghetti

Multicooker Philips HD3095

When cooking spaghetti on "Steam" mode, I encountered a surprise! With the lid closed, the spaghetti tried to "run". Cook them with the lid open! And what is nice - the water boils well with the lid open. This means that in this mode you can easily cook frozen dumplings. Usually, in the modes for cooking dumplings, pasta, there is a problem of stopping boiling after laying the food. There is no such problem in this mode - boiling is stable.

Pasta with complete evaporation of the liquid. Extinguish mode

Multicooker Philips HD3095

Here everything went as expected: the pasta was completely boiled, the liquid evaporated / absorbed. Most often this is how I cook pasta.

Pasta with complete evaporation of the liquid. Touch mode

Multicooker Philips HD3095

Mode ... I chose the "Pilaf" mode, but already during its operation I realized that I got excited with the choice ... For such pasta, the "Rice" mode is better - it has a faster algorithm of work. But for long-cooked pasta, you can also use "Pilaf", but with a lot of water ... or for navy-style pasta, this mode is also suitable.

Since I chose the "Pilaf" mode, my pasta was cooked for 45 minutes. As a result, they were somewhat overdried and fried. I was mistaken with the choice of the regime, but now I will know

Multicooker Philips HD3095

Details of the recipe for link, and here I will describe the nuances that are important from the point of view of testing the device.

Pour oil into the bowl. Turn on the "Fry" mode. After 5 minutes, you can add chopped vegetables. Fry them until the end of the regime (10 minutes)
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

Vegetables can be removed or set aside. We lay the chopped meat. It roasts quickly - about 5-7 minutes
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

Pilaf mode. This mode is touch-sensitive, its algorithm includes the complete evaporation of the liquid and frying the bottom at the end of the mode. In this case, the program lasted 53 minutes.
Multicooker Philips HD3095

At the end of the mode, stir the pilaf and put it on a dish. The pilaf turned out to be tasty and aromatic
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

If we draw conclusions on the operation of the modes, then the "Fry" mode is not to say that it is very active, but not too soft, the vegetables blush smoothly, without burning, within 10 minutes, the meat is well and quickly sealed in 5-7 minutes. The "Pilaf" mode is working correctly, the program is touch-sensitive with complete evaporation of the liquid and drying / frying at the end.

Here is a bowl after 30 minutes in the "Steam" mode with 0.5 liters of water and cooling
Multicooker Philips HD3095
All the water has boiled away. But I don’t know if it happened even during the operation of the regime, or the remaining water evaporated already during cooling. This is me to the question of protection in the "Steam" mode when all the liquid is boiled off. But I will definitely not check this moment - I'm sorry for a cup So I'll leave this as a warning - if you plan to steam for at least 30 minutes, pour at least 0.5 liters of water into the bowl.

Couscous with meat and vegetables (Manna)

Multicooker Philips HD3095

Details of the recipe for link, and here I will describe the nuances that are important from the point of view of testing the device.

Pour vegetable oil into a bowl. Fry mode for 20 minutes.
After 5 minutes from the beginning of the mode, you can lay onions and carrots for frying
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

3-5 minutes before the end of the regime, you can lay meat on frying (vegetables can be removed or set aside)
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

Stew mode 1 hour. The time can be set even less, say, 40-50 minutes.
5-7 minutes before the end of the mode, stir the stew with meat. If necessary, add more salt. Sprinkle curry. Add garlic.
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

Leave to simmer for the remaining 5 minutes.
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

I really like the "Fry" mode here - the most suitable temperature - the vegetables do not burn, but gently brown, and the meat is perfectly sealed / fried in pieces in 3-5 minutes. The "Stew" mode is not at all as active as I feared. I judge this because as a result of stewing meat with vegetables, moisture remains. If the regime were stormy, then there would be no liquid at all.

Corn vegetable soup (multicooker Philips HD3095) (Manna)

Multicooker Philips HD3095

Details of the recipe for link, and here I will describe the nuances that are important from the point of view of testing the device.

After 5 minutes from the beginning of the regime, you can lay vegetables, cut into strips. Until the end of the mode, the vegetables will brown.

Stew mode for 30 minutes. Add chopped fresh ginger 5 minutes before the end of the mode. Mix. Leave until the end of the regime
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

The "Stew" mode is suitable not only for stewing, but also for making soups. In this mode, the liquid boils quietly (like over low heat). The liquid almost did not boil away (you can see it in the photographs), its croup took more. In general, I conclude that this mode is successful.

Buns "Toffee" (multicooker Philips HD3095) (Manna)

Multicooker Philips HD3095

Details of the recipe for link, and here I will describe the nuances that are important from the point of view of testing the device.

Grease the bowl with butter. We put the "snails" in the bowl, leaving free space between the buns for the free rise of the dough. We turn on the "Your choice" mode 40 ° С for 5 minutes, turn off the heating. Let the dough stand for about 30 minutes.
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

Oven mode 45 minutes. I baked at 130 ° C, but better at 120 ° C - this way the crust will be thinner.
Multicooker Philips HD3095

After the end of the mode, it is better to remove the bowl with buns from the multicooker body. Fill the buns with sauce. And we leave them like this until they cool completely.
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

As a result, we get soft, tender buns with the taste of Toffee sauce
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

It is convenient to use the "Your choice" mode when proving the dough, turning it on at 40 ° C for 5 minutes. Of course, it would be even more convenient if lower temperatures were included in the temperature range for proving the dough.
In the "Oven" mode, you can adjust not only the time, but also the temperature. I set 130 ° C, but in vain. Better still, 120 ° C - so the crust would be thinner. And more importantly: after baking, it is better to remove the bowl from the body immediately, otherwise its contents continue to warm up strongly - the bottom dries out. In general, I am satisfied with proofing and baking yeast dough in this multicooker. I also have to try to bake biscuit dough or cake.

Pour 2 liters of milk into the bowl.
Multicooker Philips HD3095

Mode "Your choice" 80 ° С 10 hours.
Multicooker Philips HD3095

We turn off the heating (this can be done immediately). Leave the milk to cool down to 40 ° C. This is about 2 hours (if you do not remove the bowl from the multicooker body).
Multicooker Philips HD3095
Mode "Yogurt" 8 hours. After 6-7 hours, it is better to start checking the fermentation state.
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

Interestingly, there was no film on top, on the bottom of the bowl. A thin film formed at the bottom, and even then in places
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

Milk after 10 hours at 80 ° C acquired a beautiful caramel shade. To simmer in this bowl is really very good. What I didn't like was the condensation flow into the milk when the lid was opened

The "Yogurt" mode definitely does not overheat - no bifidum detachment occurred during fermentation for 8 hours. Set-off mode!

Multicooker Philips HD3095

At first I left the default time, but 45 minutes was not enough. I had to add, and in this mode the minimum time is 20 minutes. She was on duty. In general, you need to set 55 minutes straight away. Although, who prevented me from baking on the "My choice" mode - there is at least 5 minutes? I didn't guess.
In general, I am satisfied with the "Oven" mode
Manna
I decided to measure actual temperatures on two modes: "Yogurt" and "Your choice".
All measurements were made in an hour from the beginning of the regime, then again in 40-60 minutes.

At first "Yogurt".

The initial temperature of 1 liter of water is 30.1 ° C.
Multicooker Philips HD3095

The temperature ranged from 36.9 ° C to 37.4 ° C.
Multicooker Philips HD3095 Multicooker Philips HD3095

On average kept about 37.2 ° C... Now it became clear to me why the bifidum pulled a little - the temperature was not enough for it. So ... this mode is more likely for fermenting kefir, sour cream, curd - in general, low-temperature sour milk.
Then check "Own choice". 40 ° C

The temperature maximum that I managed to catch is 42.9 ° C.
Multicooker Philips HD3095

On average, the temperature was kept around 41.2 ° C-42.2 ° C... So yogurt and other high-temperature fermented milk can be fermented in this mode.

Now 60 ° C
Similarly, the excess is on average 1-2 ° C. So I fixed 61.4 ° C.
Multicooker Philips HD3095

90 ° C
Here, an excess of 2.5 ° C - 92.5 ° C.
Multicooker Philips HD3095
If the excess was greater, it would be possible to cook porridge in milk without boiling. Although it can be cooked at this temperature, only a little longer.

Generally speaking, a deviation of 2-3 ° C from the declared temperature is the norm for multicooker with heating elements.
Manna
I decided to try it again "Pilaf" mode... This time on Kuban rice.
Cooked rice with meat.
Multicooker Philips HD3095

The cooking technology is the same as when cooking pilaf: I sautéed onions, carrots, sealed the meat, laid out the washed rice, poured hot water, salt, spices, spices.

I think I can already do conclusions on testing multicooker Philips HD3095.

As I said earlier, this multicooker differs from the Philips multicooker line. She has heavy multi-layer bowl with handles and ceramic coating... By the way, the coating turned out easy to clean, it is just as easy to clean as non-stick. Of course, how it will show itself over time, it will be possible to judge only after a few months of operation. But even now it is already clear that excellent quality coating.

Completely removable cover... It is removed by pulling it up. So, the multicooker can be used not only with the lid open, but also without the lid, for example, when frying. The lid can be easily washed if necessary.

Another feature of this model is valve... is he removable from the inside of the coverinstead of outside, like other models in the Philips line.

And another pleasant surprise is steam basket... She double, collapsible... It can be used both as a steam basket and as a steam rack.

Signal melodic, pleasant, at the same time quite loud.

Some strong new multicooker has no odors... There was a very slight burning smell during the first heating from the heating element. It is especially important that the steam basket does not differ in any odors at all.

Convenient turned out control Panel... Adjustment of temperature and time is possible both upwards and downwards, while there is still the possibility of circular scrolling. Control Panel sensory... The response is good.

Heating can aboutswitch off before starting the mode or after it ends. Heating cannot be turned off during operation.

This model has 10 modes:

1. Rice... Mode sensory... The algorithm of the program includes the evaporation of the liquid. However, at the end of the regimen, the croup remains a little wet (buckwheat 1: 2 was wetter than rice 1: 1.4), and it needs to be dried on heating. The default is 40 minutes. Both times that I used this mode, it lasted 21-22 minutes.

2. Porridge... In this mode, you can cook porridge, sauces. However, the peculiarity of this mode is that it quite active, therefore, liquid, for example, for milk porridge, needs 1-dimensional glass more than it is used in milder modes in other multicooker. Despite the fact that the mode was active, milk porridge with 3.2% milk and water (1: 1) did not "run away", although they rose by 1-2 cm.

3. Extinguish... This mode can be used for stewing vegetables and meat, and for cooking soups. We can say that this mode optimally balanced... It is configured to support light boil, such as on "low heat". In this case, the liquid does not boil away.

4. Own choice... In this mode, not only the time is regulated, but also the temperature in the range from 40 ° С to 150 ° С... This mode has a fairly wide range of applications, depending on the selected temperature. For example, at 40 ° C for 5 minutes, you can heat a bowl for proving yeast dough or ferment yogurt (the maximum actual temperature in the "Yogurt" mode is 37.5 ° C, the maximum, taking into account the error for heat loss, is 38 ° C, even if 38.5 ° C). You can add time to baking for 5-10-15 minutes (in the "Oven" mode, the minimum time is 20 minutes). Milk can be simmered at 80 ° C. At 90 ° C, you can cook milk porridge without boiling. Actual temperatures in this mode exceed the declared ones by 1-2-3 ° С

5. Warm up... This mode is designed to heat food up to 85 ° C. It lasts from 5 minutes to 1 hour. After this mode, automatic heating is also possible. Its temperature is stated as 72-77 ° C.

6. Steam... This mode sensory... Its algorithm includes notification when liquid starts to boil, from this moment the countdown begins. Boiling is active, possibly with the lid open. If you cook pasta in this mode, then it should be done with the lid open. In this mode, you can also cook frozen dumplings. This mode is also great for its intended purpose - steaming food. Moreover, if you plan to cook for more than 30 minutes, then you need to pour at least 0.5 liters of water into the bowl.

7. Fry... This mode is for frying. In this mode vegetables are perfectly sautéed for 10 minutes, reddened without burning. At the same time, the meat is sealed / roasted in 5 minutes.

8. Yogurt... This mode is intended for fermentation of fermented milk products. As it turned out, the actual temperature in this mode is 37 ° C. Therefore, it is more suitable for fermenting kefir, sour cream, curd... "High-temperature" sour milk will ferment longer and may acquire a stretching structure due to insufficient temperatures. It is better to ferment such fermented milk products (for example, yoghurt) on the "Your choice" mode at 40 ° С.

9. Bake... This mode is for baking. Although its temperature range is much wider than that required for baking. The temperature is regulated in the range of 40-150 ° С. It is better to bake yeast dough and muffins at 120 ° C. Immediately after baking, it is better to remove the bowl from the case so as not to dry out the baked goods - the bowl is thick-walled - it cools for a long time.

10. Pilaf... This mode sensory... The program algorithm includes a complete evaporation of liquid and drying / browning at the end of the regime.

Overall, the HD3095 made a good impression. The multicooker is of excellent quality, the modes are balanced, the control panel is easy to use.

What would I add to the functionality of this model:
1. On the “Oven” mode, in the temperature range, mark 115 ° C - this temperature is good for delicate baking.
2. On the mode "Your choice" mark at 30 ° C for proofing yeast dough. And it would be nice to have a step of 5 ° C in this mode, so that you can set, for example, 95 ° C for cooking porridge in milk without boiling, but on the verge of it.
3. On the "Rice" mode a little longer cooking time, so that the cereals have time not only to cook, but also to dry a little, so that they do not remain a little damp.

And more wishes are no longer functional:
1. It would be nice to be able to buy an additional bowl (just in case or for those who prefer to have two bowls for the multicooker).
2. It would be nice if the multicooker was completed not with plastic spoons / ladles, but with silicone ones - this is more practical for the users of these devices.

Of course, from my side, these are wishes for the future, from a series, and what else could I wish for this.

The multicooker is decent. Convenient and pleasant to use.

Manna, thanks, it was very interesting!

MannaThanks for the great review, as always! For me, only one thing remained unclear - so many touch modes and a removable cover ...
Manna
Girls thank you

For me, only one thing remained unclear - so many touch modes and a removable cover ...
What's the question? How does the removable cover interfere with the sensors?
innesss-ka
Well, I mean that here the sensor is only the bottom one - of course, the removable lid does not interfere with it.))) And, if I'm not mistaken, in multicooker there is also an upper sensor for controlling vaporization. For example, at a nearby forum, the Polaris engineer described the operation of the Milk Porridge mode:

about milk porridge: if the countdown starts immediately after starting the program, the time is naturally fixed and does not depend on the amount of product.
If the countdown does not start immediately, but after warming up, the program time depends on warming up the bottom of the bowl with the product, that is, on the amount and composition of the product ... Temperature settings - 95-98 degrees. You can also 100. After the first boil (the temperature is controlled by the temperature sensor of the lid by the presence of steam) there is a pause in heating in order to calm down the foam, and the device begins to "pull" the temperature to the set temperature by short switching on of the heater. All further control is carried out by the lower sensor indirectly by the temperature of the bottom of the bowl.

Well, it doesn't matter, the main thing is that he cooks well!
And here's another question: how does it deal with condensate? There is no top heating either.
Manna
The presence of the upper sensor does not ensure the accuracy of the device. So, for example, in Polarisian multicooker (possibly because of this sensor), boiling stops in the pasta mode when placing food (because the "Polarisa engineer" recommends placing the food gradually so that the liquid temperature does not drop sharply). Other multicooker has this feature of this mode. There is no such problem in this model.I mean, it doesn't matter by what means the correct operation of the device is achieved, the main thing is that the modes are adjusted.

Condensate? This is mainly important for baking. When baking cake and yeast buns, I did not observe condensation at all. I did not notice any difference in the amount of condensation compared to other multicooker. There was a lot of condensation only when the milk was stewed for 10 hours at 80 ° C.

have never met such a "smart" recommendation

I, of course, also have the same opinion! It is important for us to get the result from all this technique - a delicious dish with a minimum of body movements in caring for it!

To be honest, I was most interested in the bowl of this multicooker. According to the previous experience of use, the ceramic coating did not bring any pleasant associations. And here is some kind of special coverage. About six months ago, in the topic of choosing multicooker, I already assumed that the coating is most likely of good quality, but I did not think that it was that much. It is indeed very similar in care to non-stick. Of course, what will happen to him in a couple of months, I do not know yet, but now the cup pleases. The only thing is that it needs a slightly different approach to use. Compared to thin-walled (at Philips, they are not so thin-walled, let's say, ordinary) bowls, this one cools down for a long time, so now I take the bowl out of the case to speed up this process.

I cooked the other day mashed potatoes

I poured water into the bowl, turned on the "Stew" mode. While the water was heating, peeled and cut the potatoes. The water was just boiling, and I put the potatoes in the water
Multicooker Philips HD3095

From the beginning of the mode, including heating the water, a little less than 30 minutes have passed
Multicooker Philips HD3095

I drained the excess moisture, added milk and rubbed the potatoes with a wooden "crush"
Multicooker Philips HD3095

Conveniently, the bowl is thick-walled, the potatoes did not have time to cool down while I mashed it, even with milk from the refrigerator

And now, as promised, comparison of Panasonic SR-TMZ550 and Philips HD3095

I will only compare by differences.

So,

1. Housing. The body of the Panasonic has a more compact shape. If the width of the multicooker is comparable, then the depth of the phillips is 10 cm more. Panasonic is 3 cm higher than the phillips.

2. Color and material of the case. Both models have a steel-colored case. However, for Panasonic, steel is the color of structured plastic, and for Philips, it is steel in metal.

3. The weight of the multicooker. Accordingly, the weight of the multicooker is different. Panasonic is lighter than Phillips.

4. Carrying handle. Unlike Philips, Panasonic does not have a carrying handle.

5. Cover. Plate. For Panasonic, neither the cover nor the cover plate can be removed. The Philips has a removable lid itself.

6. Drip collector. Unlike Panasonic, Phillips does not have a drip tray - condensate falls on the side around the bowl, sometimes falls into the bowl or onto the heating element.

7. Bowl. At Philips, the bowl is multilayer, thick-walled, heavy (more than 1 kg) has an excellent ceramic coating (in operation it is similar to a non-stick one). Panasonic's bowl is thin-walled, lightweight (approx. 0.6 kg), non-stick coating is smooth, resistant. The volume of the bowl for Philips is 4 liters, for Panasonic - 5 liters. Both bowls have handles, but Phillips have them anymore and do not heat up during the operation of the multicooker.

8. Sound. Panasonic has a regular beep-type signal. Phillips has a melodic signal.

9. Spoon, ladle. Philips has a plastic spoon and ladle. Panasonic has a ladle with a silicone scoop and a plastic stand.

10. Control panel. The Philips control panel is located on top of the case. Sensory. At Panasonic - on the side of the case, push-button. Both are convenient, the lists are scrolled in both directions.

11. Heating. At Philips, you can turn off the heating before the start of the mode. Have Panasonic only after turning it on.

12. Porridge. For Panasonic this mode is automatic and lasts 1 hour and 10 minutes. In Philips, in this mode, you can adjust the cooking time.

13. Fig. Both multicookers have this touch mode. But at the end of the Phillips regimen, the croup remains wet. At Panasonic, more liquid is required for the rice to be fully cooked, but at the end of the regime it is sufficiently dried.

14. For a couple. Phillips has active boiling in this mode, it does not subside after putting food in water, there is a sound signal when water boils. At Panasonic in this mode (as well as in the "Pelmeni" mode) the boiling subsides after the food is placed in the water, there is no sound signal when the water boils.

15. Warming up. At Philips, heating occurs up to 85 ° C. Have Panasonic to a boil.

16. Yogurt. Philips has a temperature of 37 ° C in this mode. At Panasonic - 40 ° C.

17. Multi-cook. Panasonic has a temperature range of 40-130 ° C. Philips has 40-150 ° C. Philips has this mode in the menu list. Panasonic has a separate button. At Philips, the actual temperature is higher than the declared one by 2 ° C. For Panasonic it is 2 ° C lower.

18. Time step. Phillips has a time step of at least 5 minutes. Panasonic has 1 minute.

19. Baking... In Philips, unlike Panasonic, you can adjust the temperature in this mode.

20. Variety of modes. Philips has 10 modes. They fully satisfy the basic requirements for a variety of multicooker modes - they perform all the necessary tasks. Pansonics have 22 modes + multi-cook. At the same time, there are modes that duplicate their functions, for example, Soup, Stewing, Compote, Stuffed cabbage (these modes have a similar program algorithm, but different possibilities for temporary settings).

21. Steak. Panasonic has a mode with a sound signal when reaching the frying temperature - "Steak".

Girls, hello everyone. So I got to my beauty. I cooked borscht today. For several minutes I simply stupidly admired the bowl. I touched her, stroked her, lifted her, twisted her. I have never had such bowls. It seems to me that thanks to its thickness and weight, even the most hopeless dishes, even with such a hostess like me, will turn out to be quite bearable.
Then she began to cook borscht. I used 2 programs - frying and stewing. I am absolutely delighted with the programs. The frying is what it should be. The vegetables are browned and do not burn. The stewing is super. There was a gentle boil throughout the boil. Well, just barely noticeable.
Not quite familiar touch controls. While I'm slowing down a little. But I think I'll adjust quickly. I need to trim my nails.
I liked the displacement of 4 liters. I have 5L, 3L, 2L. Now I realized that 4 liters is what I needed for complete happiness.
Thanks to Mannochka. I went to re-study the whole topic

Larissa, Heartiest congratulations. Let it serve for a long time and not know wear and tear.
Also thanks to Mannochke I look closely at this model. It seemed a little expensive to me. I looked at her official website, so in addition you can buy such bowls as for the grill, a separate one with stripes along the bottom, and for cereals, and my own. Wonderful!
Please, write, tell!

Yesterday I made stewed vegetables. To say that I am delighted is to say nothing. No water or oil added. The vegetables have retained both color and texture. At first I was even scared that they were raw. Nothing like this. Everything was perfectly extinguished, the smell was incomparable. I have long dreamed of just such a vegetable stew, but it didn’t work, something was sure to boil down, sometimes it turned out too watery. And here it is just like in a picture in glossy culinary magazines. The saucepan does its job. The only thing that does not please you is the "start" button. Something I am not friends with her. Maybe my fingers are the wrong temperature? From the third time it turns out to start and turn off. The general impression is somewhat blurred
Manna
Larochka, the "Start" sensor must be held for a couple of seconds. He is responsive.

Manna, I'll practice. So figs with him.I can run it from the 3rd time, just constantly panic - no matter how it breaks this sensor. And I will not survive separation from her.

Think about it less. And just keep your finger on this sensor longer.

Today I made "curry" rice on the pilaf mode. I chose this mode, guided by the fact that there will be fried carrots with onions. Still, it was necessary to choose the "cereal" mode. There was not enough meat fat for the "pilaf" program and it turned out rather dry. But the rice crumbled and it turned out again very beautifully visually. I solved the riddle of the start button. She really doesn't respond to cold hands. We have now turned off the hot water. I rinsed the dishes with cold water, wiped my hands and went to turn off the multicooker. The button did not respond. I breathed on my fingers, touched the button and she immediately responded. This is not a tricky secret she had
Now on the official website there is a promotion for this beauty - with a purchase, there is a deep fryer. Decent multicooker with a worthy gift
divlesika
Larissa, please tell a beginner what and how vegetables were cooked?
Larssevsk
Katyusha, everything is according to the Italian principle, I crush what is in the refrigerator. This time there were 3 peppers, a tomato, a carrot, 3 potatoes, an onion, garlic, spices, herbs, a spoonful of mayonnaise - I mixed everything like a salad and into a bowl for stewing. I don’t bother too much, it would be something else, I would put out something else. Do you also have a Philips 3095? Like? What have you already prepared? I just started to master
divlesika
Thank you! And they didn't even grease the bowl with oil? I have 3136, I'm from a neighboring branch)) but it's still interesting, because the principle of operation of the last Philips I think is practically identical.
