Holstein-style potato fingers for steak

Ingredients

Boiled potatoes 6 pcs
egg 1 PC
cottage cheese 1-2- st. l.
salt
oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Boil potatoes and cool.
  • Peel.
  • Grate potatoes on a fine grater, add cottage cheese, egg and salt.
  • To stir thoroughly.
  • Form "fingers" from the potato mass and fry from both sides in a preheated pan.
