Ingredients

loaf of bread (preferably rye) 1 PC.
pork 200 g
smoked sausages 3 pcs.
bulb onions 1 PC.
celery 50 g
Sweet pepper 50 g
carrot 1 PC.
mushrooms 100 g
a tomato 1 PC.
vegetable oil 50 g
salt pepper taste
greens
butter 50 g
dark beer 300 ml
garlic 2 tooth.

Cooking method

  • While studying recipes of German cuisine, I came across a very popular serving of meat in a bread loaf. I always thought that it was Czech cuisine that offered such a presentation. It turns out that if there is meat and beer in the "cuisine" of any country, then "pork in beer" can be served in bread.
  • We take a bun of rye bread. Cut off the top and carefully take out the middle. Dry the "bread plate" in the oven so that it does not quickly get wet from the sauce. The pulp can also be dried and grinded in a blender, for sauce, or simply crumbled with your hands.
  • We cut all vegetables and sausages.
  • Fry the mushrooms in butter.
  • Cut the pork into small pieces and fry until golden brown. We take out from the pan.
  • Fry onions, carrots, celery, peppers in the same oil. When the vegetables become transparent, put the meat back, pour the beer and simmer for 20 minutes. Add finely chopped tomato, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • In a frying pan in butter, fry the ground bread crumbs, dilute with water. Mix everything well and add to the meat. The sauce in the meat should be thick so that the bread plate does not get soaked quickly.
  • Add fried mushrooms to the meat.
  • We put it in a bread plate, decorate with herbs.
