Pancakes with baked bacon and cheese (Speckpfannkuchen)

Ingredients

bacon 50 g
milk 150 ml
mineral water 150 ml
flour 70 g
egg 1 PC.
salt taste
cheese 50 g
greens taste
onion 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Grate the cheese.
  • Chop the herbs.
  • Cut the bacon into thin pieces and fry until golden brown, add finely chopped onions.
  • Cook the onion until transparent.
  • Beat the egg lightly. Add milk, mineral water and salt. Mix everything.
  • Pour the liquid into the flour and mix until smooth.
  • Place the bacon slices in the pan and pour over the pancake batter.
  • Bake on both sides until slightly golden brown.
  • Put greens on the finished pancake and sprinkle with grated cheese. Wrap in a roll.
  • Put in a heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
