rose unevenly, the photo shows that "bubbles". Moreover, not only this pancake dough behaves this way in the oven, according to the rest of the recipes, the same thing happened. I got a smooth pancake only with kefir and soda.

I always follow your recipes with interest. A lot of them definitely become hits. For example, my son-in-law did not know many culinary terms before, but now he is already figuring out what kind of mother-in-law Kranz baked. I will definitely try these pancakes too. Thanks for the recipe!
Babushka
Very interesting! Need to try.
Sonadora
Creamy, Thank you! I wish my son had such a mother-in-law!

Grandmother, Thank you! I would be glad if you like it.

In fact, as practice has shown, the dough for these pancakes can be made in different ways. Recently I baked on kefir (I struggled with the surplus), added soda instead of baking powder, and everything worked out!
MariV
Already I considered myself a great specialist in pancakes - and I have not seen such! Super!

Yeah, the Finns are generally weird. They weigh the eggs when they sell them, and they take money for gasoline after you've filled up a full tank.

Manechka, wonderful pancakes !!! My grandmother also did it in the oven. But I have no recipe left. Now I will do yours!
Sonadora
Thank you, Marish!
And how did grandmother do, with pancakes or also cut them after baking? Oh, probably grandmothers were delicious!
It seems to me that if the dough is thick, then you can bake pancakes like that. I'll have to try ...
Taia
Thanks for the recipe. I will definitely do it.
What size of baking sheet is the recipe for?

What size of baking sheet is the recipe for?

yes .. I'm also interested

I wonder if this pancake is spread on top with a filling and rolled into a roll ..and then cut off in circles? how is it cold? why bakes so long? or just golden brown?
celfh
Manyasha, thank you very much! Every pancake is one thing, but on both sides, so that the stack of pancakes would be impressive ... And then it's done: it's easy to bake and stuff quickly!

And who remembers, before in cookery they sold pancakes by weight, because they were not piece, but a ribbon. I then studied at the university, lived in a hostel, we often bought such pancakes, cut and stuffed

We sold these in pancakes, the dough poured onto a spinning drum and we got ribbon pancakes, oh, and delicious pastries
Vasilica

Marish, very original pancakes - Finns in their repertoire! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
Very unusual indeed!

Flaksia, Argo, Tanyusha, Vasilika, Valyusha, Marisha, Thank you!

Flaksia, baking sheet 35x45 cm.

Argo, Larissa, I don't know why it takes so long to bake. If the oven is good, in convection, it will still take about 30 minutes. Somewhere in the network I came across a recipe for pancakes in Finnish, where the curd filling was applied to the pancake, everything was rolled into a roll and then cut into portioned pieces. I haven't tried it myself, so I can't say how convenient it is.
And it is better to serve right away, like all pancakes, it seems to me.

Vasilika, cottage cheese + sour cream + a little powdered sugar in the filling, poured strawberry jam on top.

Exactly !!! The most delicious pancakes were or was it different time

And I will definitely make this pancake! Farewell to the figure, only the Tanyulins ate on kefir, yes Shrimati, and right now, the curd cake from Chuchelka is cooling down, and I'm again in the direction of pancakes

: hi: Manechka, I won over natural laziness. I baked lazy pancakes. I did everything according to the recipe. I got a dough for two baking sheets. They baked ruddy, but rose unevenly, in bubbles. It did not affect the taste. I made rolls one with apple, chocolate and cottage cheese, the second with cottage cheese and coconut. I baked it for another 15 minutes. I and my household really liked it. I will cook and I think that it will not be the same .. I say again - thanks.
Sonadora
Natasha, thanks for daring to cook. I'm glad that the result did not disappoint.

Krivoruchkina
Thank you so much for the recipe!
Since the baking sheet was not very large, I poured part of the dough into silicone molds, put slices of cheese and also poured the dough on top.

As a result, two delicious breakfasts for every taste: I greased the pancake with grated earthling with sugar, it turned out to be a sweet roll, and I just put the cheese pancakes on plates (it was so tasty that even sour cream was not needed :-))

Tasty, tasty, tasty !!!!

Lazy Finnish pancakes in the oven (Pannukakku)
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper so that it goes over the sides, grease with oil and pour out the dough.

Today I am doing a rehearsal on baking lazy pancakes in Finnish and immediately took care of how to fix darts folds in the corners of the baking sheet to dress the baking paper did not give the batter a single chance to run out of the low baking sheet. I asked for darts fixed the folds with a stapler so that the staples were above the level of the test. Like this.

Sonadora
Krivoruchkina, Lily, to your health! I am very glad that the recipe came in handy and a delicious breakfast turned out.

Creamy, So..?
Creamy
I didn't grease the baking sheet at all. But the pancakes themselves flew off with a bang. ... I cut it with a circular pizza knife into ribbons, which I rolled into rolls. : nyam: Delicious!
Sonadora
Hurrah! It's good that everything worked out and I liked the rolls!

Chamomile
Thanks for the recipe. The dough turned out very tasty. And delicious pancakes. But my kitchen floor is crooked, with a slope, so one side burns a little, and the other comes out a little not baked. The dough flows down to one side. So we need to solve the problem somehow. And then I will bake constantly. Delicious. And the recipe is just for me. For the sloth.
Sonadora
Girls, thank you very much for your trust! Glad the recipe came in handy!
Sweetheart, Tanya, what delicious pancakes!

Chamomile, and if the baking sheet is turned 180 degrees in the middle of the baking?
Gulnaro4ka
Thanks for the recipe !! It is delicious! baked already 3 times! though 100 grams of butter, it seemed to me at the first time too much, the pancakes were shiny. Therefore, I reduced the amount of oil to 30 grams and did not affect the taste in any way! added vanilla with sugar! I got 2 baking sheets. Divided each pancake into 4 parts, and filled each pancake with red fish, wrapped it in a roll and cut it! the guests were delighted with this appetizer: both beautiful and tasty !!
