  • I took premium flour and very fine semolina, sifted through a sieve. I took live yeast. About 17-20 gr. and kneaded in a Bosch MUM 86 combine.

  • Part of the dough was put into the refrigerator for making pizza. I rolled 500 g into a ball and left it under a towel for proofing.

  • I started stuffing. Used Homecooker. Onion with minced chicken sweated at 175 degrees for about 10 minutes and at 130 degrees for another 10 minutes.
