Bacon Omelette in Clay Pots (Steba DD2)

Ingredients

Eggs 3 pcs
Bacon 1 strip
Sour cream 20% 2.5 tbsp
Cream 10% 100 ml
Salt, seasonings as desired

Cooking method

  • Cut the bacon into strips and grill until tender.
  • Preparing the mixture for the omelet.
  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
  • Do not Whisk!
  • Turn on the Simmering + mode, set the temperature to 95 grams and the time to 30 minutes. We are waiting for the temperature on the display to reach 95 grams and the countdown begins.
  • Lubricate the pots with sunflower oil.
  • Pour the mixture into pots and put a piece or two of bacon in the middle. You can add chopped garlic and herbs.
  • Close with lids and put in water carefully.
  • We are waiting for 30 minutes and our omelet is ready !!
  • Serve with croutons, baked vegetables and curd cheese!

Pour water into a saucepan between the marks of 1.5 and 2 liters (exactly then on the hangers of the pots it turns out)
And I also had only one spoonful of sour cream, the rest one and a half I replaced with sour cream mayonnaise. And the bacon is a garlic sausage cut into thin slices. Next time I'll do it with bacon. I can imagine how delicious it will be if you fry it.
