Just potato soup in the Steba DD1 ECO slow-cooker slow cooker

Ingredients

meatballs 300-400 g
potatoes 5 pieces
water 1.5 -1.7 l
grated carrots taste
condiments taste
sour cream when serving

Cooking method

  • Turn Steba DD1 ECO on to the "Roasting" mode - 15 minutes, after the signal add olive oil and put the meatballs (I had frozen ones), add carrots (I also had them from the freezer), potatoes, wash, peel, cut into thin slices, put into the Steba bowl. Add your favorite herbs and spices. I salt and pepper with a mixture of 4 peppers and add chopped basil. At the end of the "Roasting" program, pour water to the 2 l mark, close the Steba lid, close the valve, "SUP" program 12 minutes, pressure 0.7. When serving, put sour cream on the table. Bon Appetit!
