Ingredients

Eggplant
Tomatoes are not large (I have cream)
Champignon mushrooms are not large
Zucchini
Chicken fillet
Sweet and sour apples
Red or white onions
For the vegetable marinade: balsamic vinegar
honey
soy sauce
Provencal herbs
olive oil
black pepper, salt
For the sauce: mushrooms (frozen forest is better, but champignons will also work)
salt, sugar
olive oil
flour
cream

Cooking method

  • Sorry dear ones. But there are no proportions for this salad. Everything is done according to the availability of products. And marinades and sauces to taste. This salad can be prepared in nature. It is perfectly fried on skewers. And the chicken can be cooked boiled or fried in a piece.
  • 1. Marinate the chicken fillet. Cut it into strips. Sprinkle with salt and spices.
  • 2. Prepare the sauce.
  • Defrost the mushrooms. We drain the liquid. If fresh, then just cut. Slicing is not important - we will blend. Fry until beautiful in olive oil. Add some flour and cream. Cover with a lid and evaporate for 10 minutes. Transfer to a blender and grind. Add salt and sugar to taste. To the desired consistency, we dilute with thick fat sour cream.
  • 2. Cut all vegetables into large pieces. Champignons, tomatoes in half. Eggplant and zucchini rings. Apples in segments. Onions into quarters. We make a marinade from the ingredients for the vegetable marinade. The taste should be at your discretion. I prefer sweet and sour. The husband then additionally pours balsamic into his plate. Pour all the chopped vegetables with marinade and put them in the refrigerator overnight. It is advisable to mix once. Do not crush strongly, so as not to crumble.
