Cutlets "Borodino"

Borodino cutlets

Ingredients

Minced meat 500 g
Bread 200 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Chicken egg (fac.) 1 PC.
Raw potatoes (fac.) 1 PC.
Salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • Cut off the crusts from Borodino bread, cut the bread into cubes and pour cream.
  • Borodino cutlets
  • Finely chop the onion.
  • When the bread is well soaked, grind it into gruel and mix with minced meat and onions, salt, add ground black pepper.
  • Knead well, shape the cutlets, roll in rye flour and fry until tender.
  • You can add raw potatoes and a raw egg to the minced meat for viscosity.
  • I did without it.
  • If there is no Borodino bread, add ordinary rye and a little honey.
