Ingredients

Chicken fillet 500 g
Egg 1 PC.
Sour cream or mayonnaise
(I prefer mayonnaise)
2-3 st. l.
Starch 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Cut the fillet into very small cubes. (Long in time, but very tasty)
  • Stir the egg with starch, mayonnaise, salt, pepper - mix with chopped chicken.
  • A frying pan over medium heat, spread the mass with a spoon. After one side is fried, reduce the heat to turn the cutlets and fry them under the lid.
